What is the difference?

I was wondering what is the difference of, lets say, taking 300 mgs of mdma in 1 night versus taking 100 mg every night for 2 or 3 nights (ex: Take 150 mg one night, rest a night, then the 3rd night take the other 150 mg.)?

If you did decide to split up the 300 mg in different nights, would the effect the second night of rolling necessarily be significantly weaker, seeing that you took a far less amount previously?

Is the damage ultimately the same?

well obviously the experience wont be the same. 300mg pure MDMA will have you on yer ass fersher haha.

yeah it'll most likely be weaker each night. you've only got so much serotonin bra, if your doin 150mg's pure mdma the night prior then IMO ur brains gonna be exhausted.

idts. although ive never done more than 2 pills in a night and i dont research the whole damage thing so i couldnt really tell you. but imo rolling 3 nights in a row is gonna cause ALOT more damage than just one night.

A typical dose of REAL MDMA is around 100mg...

That should flush most of the serotonin out of your reserves.

So taking another 100mg will do even less if taken in the following day.

Then taking it AGAIN at 100mg will cause receptor damage and neurotoxicity because there really isnt any serotonin left.

Taking 1 300mg dose will be intense, but after 200mg or so you have already peaked and the rest of the MDMA will just keep you speedyish.

After you have peaked, the night is over. End of story.

A single night causes less damage then repeated doses.

Repeated doses commit the brain to a routine of damage and therefor start to change the balance of your brains overall chemistry.

Stick to a single night, wait at least a month, then try again.

I have rolled 3 days in a row: 3 pills, then 5 pills, then 2 pills. Personally I think it's best to stick with one session and take enough to get a recent roll.

from reading all this, once you take even a small dose, ALL your serotonin reserves are released?
interesting....
Thanks for the feedback, I guess i'll just pick 1 day to roll... >_<

I will speculate and say that rolling for three days in a row is probably worse for you than dropping a large dose in one day. Generally, people will feel shittier after rolling for three days in a row than if they drop 300mg all in one go.

Not all your seratonin reserves are released from one dose. You can definitely roll back to back and still have a good time on both days (second day might be a little weaker), but it's definitely not something you want to make a habit out of. In general, back to back rolling should only be done during super special occasions and you should try and take a 6-8 weeks break after such a session.

Good info. From the times you've done it back to back, what was your dosage would you say?
Also, a lot of people say the 2nd time is WAYY less than the previous night. From your personal experience, is the 2nd time "that much" less then the first night?

I was planning maybe doing it one night, taking a break the 2nd night, and then doing it again the third night... would that potentially help a tad bit then doing it back to back?
