Lorazepam dosage for opiate WDs

Hi, I'm going through withdrawal from methadone and all I have is ativan. How many to take so I won't feel like shit? I regularly take methadone every day like 30 mg or so. I'm a girl and weigh 150. So how many to take so ill feel okay and maybe a little buzz? Plz help! Thanks
 
I'm not sure ativan is gonna help much. Methadone WD is a motherfucker.

Try to find some dones on the street if you can.

A buzz should be the last thing on your mind given you're about to experince methadone WD. I know a girl who switched from opana to methadone and she is in methadone WD anyways. Be a smart little girl and worry less about being high right now and figure out what you're gonna do before hell hits.
 
Well its only for one more day, should have done tomorrow. I was just wondering what the recreational dosage is. How many mgs to take
 
Oh no its short term, one more day till prescription comes, just ran out. Just wanted to feel somethin today, maybe a little buzz. Sorry forgot to mention that in initial post.
 
Yeah exactly. Just wanted to feel good tonite before they come in you know? Took 2mgs last night but I didn't feel much of a buzz, just calm, then took another 2mgs 6hrs later

I don't have too much of a Benzo tolerance, just take them when I have no dones . Ive also had klonipin
 
Took 2.5 than the other .5 right now and I'm feeling pretty good. My body aches are gone and the weakness from the withdrawals is gone too. Thinkin about taking either half or another full in a little while . any other tips out there for recreational ativan users? and thank you for the above posters

That's a good dosage to be at, you can certainly take the other 0.5mg for a total of 3.0mg. However, taking any more will probably just black you out and not give you any more positive effects. I've been taking Ativan for a long time and I know this from experience.

Glad to hear that it helped with your WD symptoms, however.

i took 5mg my first ever benzo experience and only thing that happened was loss of coordination and some memory loss. I didnt really feel tired which is weird because i always hear people say 2 mg knocks them out.
