Ecstasy - my experienc so far

Hey all! This is my very first post here. :)
I have done ecstasy 7 times in the past year. I have to say... I think it's the best thing on the planet!!!!! I love love love it. But I'm also determined to not over-do it.

Drugs of any kind are new to me. I'm 39 and lived a very sheltered life (LONG story) for a LONG time and only recently discovered any drug of any kind. I have only taken one puff of weed, and now ecstasy... That's it. So, it's all new to me. I love this forum and all the info. Thanks to everybody who posts. It's really helpful, especially for someone as green as me.

So far, I've done MDMA only in the privacy of my own place, and always by myself. I have the best time ever! I can't imagine anything being greater. But I'm kinda excited because I imagine that doing it at a club would be a whole new level of experience.

What do you all think? Is is the experience really that different? Does the environment make that much of a difference to the roll?

I have never rolled at home alone or with anybody. I have only rolled at edm festivals and once at a club. to me rolling is way better than at a club bc everyone else is on the same level as you. You can't help but dance to every song, meet new ppl get hugs massages whatever, and get light shows. i am yet to try rolling somewhere else but to me e will always be the ideal rave drug. -peace
 
The first time I ever took molly ("pure" mdma) was at a club. It was an AMAZING setting to roll in. I went with about 6 others who were rolling as well and we all ended up hitting our peaks at the same time. The whole night we danced together, hugged, and kissed everyone. This was also my first time meeting some of the people, and in the end we became best friends. :)

You are also very talkative to others without having inhibitions to say anything. I was telling tons of people how pretty they were.

I also took molly at a dubstep concert a couple weeks back. That was fun, but it was very strong so being on the floor was a tad overwhelming, but still fucking amazing. The feeling of rubbing against everyone else and sweating was unbelievable. But I'm sure you know that aspect of it :)

So I saw try it at a club. Music sounds amazing, lights look awesome, and you're not scared to just grab somebody and dance. This particular club we go to is cool because 90% of the people there are rolling too, so it's like everyone loves everyone :) Enjoy!

Be careful though, make sure you aren't coming up in line to get in or anything, that killed a roll for me once. I took .4 caps of molly and got paranoid that the people patting me down wouldn't let me in so I got super nervous and felt like I had sensory overload. Once I got in it was a blast though!

Yea the experience is a ton different depending on where you are and who you're surrounded by. In my opinion you can not go wrong with MDMA in a social setting. There is absolutely no reason to be freaked out or get paranoid, quite the opposite in fact. It will make you want to meet new people and experience new things, while at the same time cause you to lose all negative feelings and inhibitions. I would definitely recommend rolling at a club or outdoor event if you get the chance. I notice you are in the Chicago area, there are a lot of big events coming up this summer that will be a lot of fun to roll at.
 
i think i'd go crazy if i rolled alone lol. imagine an enviornment with hundreds of other people in the same mental state as you. thats where PLUR comes in but you'll learn all about that. anyway DO IT AT A CLUB/RAVE/EDM FESTIVAL you will have the time of your life and meet like minded individuals.
 
Rolling at home is completely different than rolling in public. I personally have a hard time rolling in public, the come up is just terrible for me, but it makes for an entirely different experience. When your rolling in some kind of club or rave you'll have more energy, and you'll probably roll longer. You feed off of other people's energy and it's really an amazing time.

It's a totally different experience, and each person has his own preference as to rolling at home or in a club. I prefer at home, but I think everyone should try both to find their own personal preference.
 
To all: thanks for the tips! I definitely need to get out of my place and try rollin in a crowd. I'll have to let you know how it goes. Might be a while tho cuz I'm on my break for another month or so. Something to look forward to tho.

Chronic: I am in Chi. You mentioned lots of great events... I've only been in town a year, so I'm new... How do I learn about events you refer to? Which are the best?

Rolling at a club isn't necessarily better than online. I prefer at home online (while chatting online) or with a good friend or two. Pure MDMA in my experience isn't the best for dancing.

Mixed with something more stimulating it is a great dancing experience, although there are more risks involved.
 
ive done E before, that was supposibly pretty pure, and i agree that it is better to just chill out and shoot hoops or something with a friend. and going for nice walks, its something you cant compare anything too. I used to go on nice long walks with close friends, and im the only one rolling, and its just crazy, in a good way.
 
I've rolled at a rave, at home with one of my best friends, and at a heavy metal concert to see my favorite band. I honestly can't say which situation was best for me. Each experience was awesome, you just have to be doing something you enjoy.
 
Awesome! I want to keep this thread about rolling alone vs. In other scenes, but one quick question:

Is it weird for a 39 year old to show up to a rave? I've never been to one before and since I'm new to town, don't have any friends that would particularly be into that scene. Thoughts?

If you go to a club, the right one you'll fit in fine :)

Saturday i saw a man who had to be twice your age and well i had to take a pic with him cuz he was SOOO old but he had beads on and was boogying.
 
Just be careful in club settings when on mdma...people pick up on that and youll perhaps attract unwanted certain types of peopl... I've always had fun in Boystown back when I had access to rolls. Summer time festivals abound as well.
 
I never rolled at lolla, fact ive never been. Id go check out some raves, but im 31 and I KNOW people will think I'm a cop. Its funny cuz I used to be the one at these parties packing quality trips....the wheel spins on....
 
And.sorry to get of topic earlier, but ive rolled plenty alone and plenty with others...as long as its *quality*, things just fall into place...whether you alone or with others.
