Ideally, how many days should one wait before taking methylone again in order to avoid tolerance build-up and depletion of effects? One week, two weeks, a month? Thanks. <3

Methylone is an interesting drug because it acts similar to the ADD/ADHD medication Ritalin(Methylphenidate).
It was originally patented by Peyton Jacob and Alexander Shulgin in 1996 as an antidepressant.

Anyways, it takes the human brain a little bit of time to "rejuvinate" your serotonin levels after them being released from a drug like MDMA,Methlone ect. In fact, nobody knows how long it actually takes because it varies on a lot of factors. A general idea is that it will take your brain 2 weeks to get your normal levels of serotonin back if you do not use serotonin releasing drugs often. If you use them often (2+ times/month) then you can expect it to take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months.

consume Tyrosine, 5HTP, and a multi vitamin....It may help your recovery period.

This was assembled by darkdev a few months ago, it's very thorough: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=545278

Though I've known people to use 200-500mgs of bk-MDMA weekly for extended periods (close to a year) without reported problems and mild tolerance building, I tend to generally advise that any drug that plays on your 5-ht receptors be used sparingly- you don't want to take serotonin depletion too far. That said, bk-MDMA seems to be far less taxing on sertonin (what research is available indicates it releases about 1/3 of the serotonin dose per dose as MDMA). Because bk-MDMA is a research chemical, there's only so much we know about it- I'd venture to say "safer" use is to treat it like MDMA and wait a minimum of 30 days.

I currently have a gram of bk-MDMA. I'm trying to decide whether or not to take it alone or with a friend or two. Is methylone like ecstasy, in that you prefer to be around other people while on it, or is it okay if you're by yourself?

Methylone is definitely more fun in social situations. It is also easier to do methylone by yourself (as opposed to MDMA - some solo rollers report feeling kinda lonely and wanting to talk to someone).

I would describe methylone as more pragmatic version of MDMA. You are much more in control and there is less urgency to the euphoria.

I have just put in an order for some methylone, and I am wondering two things:

In the last month i have been extensively researching 4-FA, will there be any cross tolerance between these compounds? If so how long should i wait before trying methylone?

Also, i am highly suspicious that i am ADD/innatentive. 4-FA has a calming effect and much higher doses were necessary to feel euphoria. Will this be the case with methylone as well?

My first use of Methylone was in Feb of this year, and I haven't used it since (as I like to keep my drug use to a few times a year), although I am placing an order for some more next week, as I think its time for a roll again. I personaly did M1 with my girlfriend ( took about 230mg), and drowned in euphoria. Basically felt like an orgasm for about 6 hours. I'm just hoping the magic hasn't been lost, although I do eat a healthy diet with plenty of vitamins.

Oh, and on a side note. From a cardiovascular point of view, if you can handle bk-MDMA at doses at above 200mg, you can handle most things. I'm physically quite fit (resting HR of 45-50bpm), but my only negative concerning Methylone is that at higher doses, it really gives you heart a workout, to the extent that my heart rate was still at a about 90bpm until 12 the next day.
