Methylphenidate and Heroin

Im just curious, as ritalin feels a little like weak coke to me, whats it like mixed with heroin, the heroin i have today is extremly sedating. so i think rit might be nice with it.

Obviously HR it is dangerous mix, and i will be extremely careful.#

Methylphenidate is actually used with morphine and hydromorphone in a medical setting for palliative care and end-of-life care to counteract the sedation caused by the opiate. It is also used as an antidepressant in these situations. A "legal speedball", if you will. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work safely with heroin, which just a morphine prodrug in the end, you should be alright as long as you reduce your dosages of both drugs when first trying this combination.

Daytime sedation is a common and potentially dose-limiting side effect of the opiate analgesics. The psychostimulants, such as methylphenidate, are frequently prescribed to treat this problem, but their use may be limited by side effects, such as weight loss, anxiety, or insomnia, or tolerance to their antisedative effects.

im not looking for a speedball high, just maybe a little more energy on the H, also have a slight bit of lyrica in me which increases the opiate europhia without adding resp depression.

Methylphenidate and amphetamines don't provide the anesthesia that cocaine does when the two are simultaneously.

Agreed. The important thing to remember is to reduce the dose of both drugs when combining it, to make sure there aren't any adverse reactions from the combination.
