so about 6 months ago i had to go to the hospital for heart pains because i drank too many 4lokos in 1 weekend. for the past year i rolled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and never had any heart concerns until after the 4loko experience.

well i went to the doctor and they said my heart was in great condition and even asked if i was an athlete(which im not, just a big stoner)because my heart was in such great condition. im still paranoid about my heart for some reason and sometimes when i would roll i would feel a sight pain or discomfort near my heart. idk if this was just me overthinking it or if there really was pain.

i tried coke once but only 1 line and i know that coke increases your heartrate.
i just want some opinions on if im just being overly paranoid/cautious or if that i really shouldnt be doing any stimulants.

any responses would be ggreatly appreciated.

If your Doc said your heart is in great shape then there is no physical reason why you shouldn't do stims (more than the average person that is). If you are paranoid about your heart and have felt discomfort on amps before then stims can easily exacerbate the anxiety though. I think this is pretty straightforward...

ok thank you cuz ive been holding back from doing coke again for that reason.
i dont plan to go crazy or anything but i want 2 experience it full on.
i hear its better than rolling, and im finally off my rolling binge so on to igger and better drugs

I'm sorry to hear of your situation. I to suffer from pains that give me thoughts of fear pertaining to me bein hard on my body and causing it problems. I think since you have been to a medical professional and been cleared as havin a solid heart you shouldn't worry too much. Maybe you should try to slow down on the rolls though man cause if you haven't done any damage yet you will eventually. I mean I'm down for some good beans or some molly just as much as the next guy but not every week. Hope things start to get a little better for you.

I don't know if coke is really any better than rolling. Depends on the person i guess. In most situations i would take good molly over some good coke.

^^thanx 4 the response. i have actually stopped rolling, im still down 2 do it but there has to be a legitimate reason not just cuz i want to roll. i finally regained control which was actually a lot easier than i expected...i feel so much healthier now and ready for other drugs.

ive been experimenting with psychadelics, i want to try some DMT

Yeah I'm glad to hear things are better. You should really start workin out it gives quite the high its self I must say. Plus there are a ton of hot bitches that go there. Deff save rollin and really any druf for that matter for what you feel is the right time. Works out best that way. The psychedelic world is really very interesting to me too but I have tread very carefully with substances in that group. Really only consume, cannabis, lsd, psilocybin, and mdma. My aniety really holds me back unfortunately. If you ever get to try dmt you should pm me and let me know what its like.

yeah its most likely anxiety. i suffer from the most insane anxiety and always have a tight uncomfortable feeling in my chest... when i take uppers it exacerbates this feeling into chest pain sometimes, more so in the past.

if you get nervous about it its going to happen every time. i had a bad panic attack after rolling a few years back and took a break for about 6 months but the first few times trying i had really bad stress and chest pains. to this day i still cant do coke comfortably without getting terrible chest issues. i understand it really can get to you and be scary but the more you worry the worse it gets.

good to hear youre slowing down with the rolling... i over did it rolling every weekend for almost a year like this and it definitely takes its toll on your brain/body. this might actually be where some of the anxiety is coming from. i havent rolled in 10 months and couldnt feel better.

yea i know i overdid the rolling, i was just stupid and ignored all the signs my body was giving me and the advice ppl gave me. its a hell of a fun drug but i have experienced it enough to know i need 2 respect the power of drugs.

ive had mild anxiety up until a few years ago when i was hospitalized for my 1st panic attack, since then drugs have been a tricky issue so i always approach them with very much caution and reasearch. this and bluelight have helped me out so much.

psychadelics interest me so much but ive always been scared...i recenly tried shrooms a few times but i seem 2 have uncomfortable trips everytime so i dont think its for me. ive been researching a lot about dmt and it is by far the most fascinating drug i have ever encountered.

If you can get ahold of a benzo maybe that could help guide you safely through a trip. I know the one time I took .5mgs kpin before a shroom trip and it was my best one ever. Just a suggestion.

that actually sounds like a great idea, for me itz cuz my stomach cant handle them so it makes me throw up and that makes my trips go bad.

not saying i regret it, still some of the most profound experiences in my life to date but a total mindfukk

Just wanted to chime in about the chest feelings. I choose to describe it as "chest weirdness", so whenever I do a stim, i end up checking my heartbeat and my pulse on my wrists, and on my neck almost obsessively. WAAAAAY too much, shouldnt be reaching for my wrists, chest, and neck so often. I let it ruin my fun, I know. Do you guys ever get the feeling of some quick little spasm near your heart area (usually below, at the bottom of the rib). One thing that helps is to remind myself that i feel this everytime, and that everytime ive been ok. My sister works as an ER nurse and used to use as well. I called her once or twice during one those freakout times, and what she told me was: "Honey, if there was something SERIOUSLY wrong with your heart, you would know right away, without question. It's PAINFUL." Do you ever get random aches in your arms/wrists/hands as well? Any particular side?

I think it's easy to become a hypochondriac regarding heart damage, especially if you do something as infamous as IV coke. And once you start thinking about your heart, you sort of "feel it", and it becomes heavy, and you start noticing the slightest sensation on your left chest and interpret it as a last warning before you die of a heart attack.

I wonder though how to explain the exhaustion after a binge. It's all right for your mind to be totally exhausted and unable to concentrate, but what about being short of breath and unable to do any physical work for two days? Is it only because of malnutrition and poor liquid intake (it often goes hand in hand with thirst). Or is it a sign of, if not heart damage, at least heart fatigue?

coke is a sodium channel blocker and bad for anybodys heart...its a matter of when not if with coke. It WILL eventually damage your heart.

This I believe might be the pain I seem to have suffered through after a day or so off of dope... hopefully just anxiety... I hope. Going through it right now... seems to last 3-4 days for me not really there early in the day and seeming to grow worse towards the evening

Diltiazem (a calcium channel blocker) seems to be the only safe drug that offers some protection against coke-induced heart damage. Diltiazem is sometimes present as a cut. A beneficial cut, for a change?
