Thinking about using d-bol, advice needed

Right, I'm 6ft 2 and 70kg and a regular gym go-er.
Basically I'm trying to bulk up a lot because as you've probably realised I'm rather slender :/

I've tried products such as Maximuscle Cyclone but to no avail. I've managed to get my hands on some d-boll pills which are supposed to very good for bulking, so I'm just wondering whether I should take them or is there a better, safer way to go about bulking.

• Weight/height - 6ft 2in/70kg
• AAS experience (have you used AAS before, what doses, results?)
• Goals (what are you trying to achieve with AAS?) - Just a general bulk up as far too slender for my liking
• Diet - I don't think my diets as good as it could be, but I try to consume 3000 calories, I also use protein shake which has 30g of protein in it per serving. Haven't really been able to sort out a good diet, due to lack of advice etc.
• Work out schedule;

Chest/biceps
back/triceps
shoulders/abs
legs/abs
cardio
 
This is not what you want to hear, but it's the truth.

You are far too young to be using AAS. You have PLENTY of natural test in you as it is. Up your caloric intake, eat food high in protein and low in fat. White chicken meat, lean red meat, tuna, etc. You have to fix your diet or you will not grow, it's that simple...no matter what your age is or how much AAS you use. Diet is key. Spend time trying to gain weight naturally. Protein shakes and creatine will help. Good luck.

Thanks for your advice, I think I'm just gonna try and build a solid diet and continue with the protein shakes + possibly creatine.

Make sure your getting your protein immediately post workout. You can also mix your post workout protein shake with high gi cartbs. Cheapest one being dextrose. You could also use waxy maize starch or maltodextrin although they are more expensive. That should pack some pounds on you rather quickly.

I totally agree with the others 17 years old is waaaaay to young to mess with AAS. Do some research on good mass gaining diets and there are some great supps to take like creatine, and l-arginine and GPLC for pre-work out and whey protein for post work out.
Oh and yeah def fix your routine you want to work primary and secondary muscles together such as back and biceps, and chest and triceps, and one day dedicated to legs only I strongly recommend learning how to do squats correctly (probably the most important technique for strength and mass for the legs) Also dead lifts are a great exercise for overall strength and size but start light and have good form or you can get yourself hurt.

Don't sacrifice form for weight.

Learn some shit first, junior. You're FAR from ready.

dbols help you bulk QUICK... and are used a lot to help jump-start a cycle.

you'd be better of bulking with a "real" cycle... if a simple one.

like:

weeks 1-4

30mg dbol a day (split up morning, early afternoon, night... assuming 100 tabs just until gone)
250mg test-e weekly
200mg deca weekly
1/4mg arimidex eod

weeks 5-12
500mg test-e weekly
400mg deca weekly
(do these in 2 shots a week 1/2 and 1/2)

arimidex 1/4mg eod

(these btw are dosed to make it easy to measure... test-e tends to come in 250mg/ml dosing, deca in 200mg/ml dosing... if your deca comes in 250mg/ml do 250mg and 500mg respectively

weeks 13-15

hcg 250iu eod (keep refrigerated)
aromasin a tab eod

you'll grow a LOT more than a dbol only cycle and you'll keep more too

I love how you actually posted a serious response, knowing that he's still 17 years old and trains like a pansy. Smart move.
 
1. You're not finished growing til ur about 22.
2. Dbols are shit.
3. You lose literally 90% of your GAINS .. (if you really wanna look like a sikunt for a few weeks then sure why not?)
4. If you're gonna jump on roids, look thoroughly, you'll understand why the question "should i take dbols" is the most dumbest thing you've ever heard.
If you do your research that is.
