The Doof Thread

I am in the market for a new tent. Must be easy to put up and be able to withstand rainbow winds.

Any suggestions?

Woo just over a week to go until Somatica! I'm checking out Babicz on thursday then off to somatica friday arvo so hopefully won't be too hung by the time it gets to friday evening hehe.

Very much looking forward to a good stomp and many a beers :)
 
Love to attend a doof here in SE Q......but getting the time to go away lies the problem :(
 
I am new to Australia but certainly not the music scene. I cannot WAIT to attend my first doof!!! Combining some of my favorite things (camping and music), I am hoping I will get the chance to meet some friendly people!

Yeah usually there's at least one every other weekend or so.. I usually get a decent heads up. Someone must be holding out on me! :D

Yeh yeh I'm in the same situation. I'm hopefully getting dragged along to one this winter though by the lovely busty & C.O.T.B :D There are several interesting looking local parties being thrown in the next few months, details on that other oz forum ;)

Oh if you're short on time there's a daytime event on the 25th April, only a $5 donation at the Minnippi Parklands, Tingalpa. Could be good for a bbq/picnic depending on the weather.
 
^ I can't commit to much this weekend as I'm moving sorry Busty. I might still make it but that really depends on how organised I can get with the unpacking, cleaning etc... ugh I hate moving!

Anyway I'll definitely be up for one of the larger ones over winter; COTB mentioned one on facebook ages ago that you guys attend annually, it sounds a treat :D
 
Royal Doof the weekend of June 24th looks the most likely at this stage, especially if we get tickets to Spendour as well. Otherwise there is Southern Oracle sometime in May.
