Citalopram + Speed, is it dangerous?

Hi, ive been worrying about that combination, ive been searching and some people tell its ok and other say its dangerous, im confused.

Im taking the citalopram 20mg every morning, and i am taking a speed pill every 2 week with weed to make it work, i was wondering if taking 1 every 2 week would be safe to dont fuck up my life.
Also, the day after taking the drug, i feel almost completly normal, and my friend could feel weird for 2 more day, and smashing their tooth, but i dont get any of these side effect, i was wondering if my health would likely less be damaged without much secondary effect.
Off course i wont be able to sleep that night but still.

Nah i don't think it's too dangerous.. i used to do it all the time and the chemistry behind it leads me to believe there's nothing to worry about..

Nothing specific that could be a problem, the combo is quite common for non-recreational uses.

I took citalopram for a long time, and as far as I know speed/speedy drugs/amps don't seem to cause any sort of unsafe reaction.

Clearly, YMMV with this one, so be very careful OP, right here alone you can see two totally opposite experiences.

If the speed is amphetamine/dextroamphetamine when combined with marijuana the weed with inhibit temporarily a hepatic enzyme strengthening the effect of the dextroamphetamine, the same combo of weed and speed causes both an increase and decrease of sedation of which the effects of are unknown, the dextroamphetamine with the citalopram will increase serotonin levels and cause a possibly serious reaction.
