I've been taking alot of pills lately. (Like 2 or 3 pills twice a month) And I have been doing this for like 6 or 7 months. I feel like its really starting to effect the person that I am. Im getting to the point where I'm just tired of everything and never want to go out. Everyone bugs me and i'm just not as fun anymore. My best friend just started taking pills and hasn't really felt the effects of taking it alot yet. Everytime her or my other friends do it I feel like I have to as well. I'm trying to explain that it truly takes a toll on you, but they just don't understand :/ Any advice?

first of all: you need to take care of your own health.
lay off the drugs for a LONG time (i'd say at least 6 months, preferably longer). With a break from drugs, a good diet, proper supplementation and exercise, you'll be back to feeling fine before too long.

It can be hard trying to tell people that this substance that is making them feel soooo good can and will eventually wear them down. Perhaps direct them to this site, so they can see some proof behind your warning. Either they'll listen, or they'll find out the hard way like you did.

But like I said: your first objective is to get healthy again.

Welcome to Bluelight Barbera.

I was in your position when I first started using MDMA- I was using it every 1-2 weeks for about 6 months, until I couldn't anymore. The fogginess of my brain was frightening, and eventually it led to MDMA having an "opposite" effect on me- unfriendly, disconnected, anxiety the whole "roll".

It's extremely important to take breaks- serotonin is a vital brain chemical that MDMA depletes, and it's essential to take time off for it to regenerate. Unlike so many other drugs, MDMA is simply not something you can do frequently in the long run. Though you'll see many people (on here as well) insist they can roll every week, or multiple times a week, this not pan out in the long run- no one is immune to damage, some people just tolerate abuse a bit better than others.

This thread discusses spacing: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=558601

Start eating healthy and exercising and taking vitamins if necessary. (even just a multi vitamin is good for you, daily)

You might not want to, but force yourself to eat healthy! And force yourself to get at least a little bit of exercise every day. Go out and do stuff with your friends, not drug related. Eventually you will get back to normal :)

Worry about your own health first before your friends. Some people will never learn their lesson unless they make a few mistakes first, we all know that. Now you aren't too deep in a hole, there are some people way worse than you, but taking rolls twice in a month and then twice the next month is horrible. The best idea would be to skip that next month because the potency of the roll goes down and that's just bad. You're long due for a couple month break, give your body the respect it needs and if friends are really that stupid give them this link http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=301696
