Do you think he took 500mgs at once or 500mgs over the course of the night?

i took it over the course of the night but done quite a hefty bit to start with its just over 2 weeks and i still dont feel right iv got staticy vision and still feel a little dizzy and light headed also it doesn't help that ive got a horrible cold and im all bunged up

You'll get better. Its exactly what they said. You probably should have researched it a little bit more.

Doing 500mg was definitely overkill. I have rolled really good twice in the last few weeks and still never went above 500mg total by far. Theres no reason to go that far so your body is making you pay unfortunately. Don't lose hope though.

How fast does one consume a gram? It sounds orgasmic but Im sure I would get sick and possibly trip out...

I mean maybe If I space it out over 24 hours but after the first peak it would probably feel pretty shitty..
