Will be hosting a first time Ecstasy user.

Well i wrote out a lengthy post and realised she is family to some degree.....

And whether she admits it or not.... crazy thoughts and actions occur, things have ways of escalating far beyond what was originally expected.
If I can have 6 close friends in a hot tub with their mouth on someone else's body, don't say you weren't warned if your cousin or whatever sex life isn't as fulfilling as yours and she tries to get in your pants. i've just seen too many people end up in crazy sexual encounters they wouldn't have otherwise while rolling. All im saying is that its really hard to rationalise yourself into not doing something because its "wrong". When your brain is full of love and happy it isn't about what is right and what is wrong, that idea is usually taken over by one of a hedonistic mindset.

I've rolled with my sister and it wasn't weird, kind of productive bonding experience overall.

She's not my cousin. She's technically not related to me at all, but just "a part of the family" type of thing. I understand that rolling (and well lots of substances really) might make you do something you wouldn't normally think to do (isn't that part of the fun?), I'm just saying I'm not going in with the mindset of that happening, and plan on not letting things escalate too far.

I honestly wouldn't worry about this. I've rolled plenty of times, and not once did I try something with someone that I wasn't already attracted to when I'm sober. Rolling doesn't impair your judgement like alcohol does, you know what your doing for the most part. I'm not saying you should drive a car while rolling, but it shouldn't be hard for you to not try to have sex with someone if that someone is someone you don't want to/wouldn't feel comfortable having sex with.

EDIT: However, if she does want to have sex (or do anything like that) with you when she's sober, and she just hasn't told you about it, then you may have a little trouble keeping her off of you.

This is pretty much the conclusion I've come to. I understand things change when you're under the influence of substances. I also understand that human sexuality in general can be a complex and tricky thing, you can have underlying feelings for people you didn't even know you had, or refused to believe you had due to the situation you were in. Not to mention, I've always believed in the power of "the moment" whether drinking, on drugs or sometimes completely sober, there can be certain moments that come up that can change the course of the night for anybody. I'm well aware of this, and again, have no intention of allowing myself to go down that road.

However, I'm also aware that this is supposed to be about opening up and having fun. Whether that means some light fondling/massage/friendly touching, skinny dipping in the pond in the woods behind my house (this sounds very possible) or whatever I'm all up for it. There's just a line that I don't plan on crossing, and honestly, I don't think she will either.

Again, thanks for the advice and encouraging words from everyone. I'm sure we'll have a blast. Unfortunately, due to work and finding a sitter (she has a kid) this just got postponed for a few weeks.

Yes. Honestly, I could never see having a girl as a real "friend". The idea kind of makes me sick. Guys who have more girls as friends than guys are faggots, 99% of the time.

you can be a red-blooded male without being a colossal ass hat. While I agree that guys who have a ton of girls as friends or more girls than guys as friend are usually either gay or messed up in some way. Having a friend or 2 that are women is fine, but not when you don't have even the slightest desire to fuck them. If they're ugly...then that's your fault. Getting pussy is the only reason anyone should introduce a girl to X. Any other is retarded.

I'll just let you know now, that I've stopped myself from insulting you throughout this post, because your not really worth it, but I do have to say something.

Umm... you're just wrong. MDMA isn't all about sex, in fact, your dick can't even get hard when your rolling. Touching feels great, but sex isn't always the #1 thing someone wants to do when they're rolling. MDMA can be a very spiritual, life changing experience if you have the brain capacity to let it be one.

Uhh.... that is not what I said. What I said was MDMA isn't about sex, and you can share non sexual experiences with people while rolling. MDMA has been known to help trauma victims, as well as open people up to talking about things they may feel uncomfortable talking about sober. If all you think MDMA is about is getting laid, you shouldn't be taking it. There are plenty of reasons why someone would give someone else MDMA/do MDMA with someone other than trying to get in the persons pants.

Now, we've strayed off this threads topic quite a bit, let's just quit this now.

Thanks for the info I sort of have to host a newbie. She was anti-drugs a month ago and now were planning our first roll together. However, this will involve going out for a little while, but our party will surely be spent in the bedroom as we both have a high-energy level, that way. To-each -is-own, I guess.

Edit *Ok so I stopped reading the thread at the quoted post. Upon further reading I see this Vioxide dude doesn't understand much about social drug use. People don't take X (or almost any drug for that matter) just to fuck one another. There are a plethora of reasons for recreational drug use.....
