Today was pretty good, drank some Kava and went out for a job interview. It went incredibly well thanks to my little ally there. I have a bit of an anxiety disorder so usually those situations make me feel incredibly awkward for some reason. The kava made me feel confident, I just walked up and spoke like they were my buddy, I wasnt nervous at all. I think it really helped alot and im in its gratitude, I have a feeling I may get this position. Yaarrrrr matey, this swashbuckler needs some more treasure for his ship.

Had some brews this evening in smoked some Jdubya after the mornings Kava, feel's good, I could get used to this. :D
 
I think being nervous about an interview qualifies as normal, and is not necessarily indicative of an anxiety disorder (I think we throw around such terms more liberally than we should), but it's good that the kava helped. I used GBL to help with that sort of thing ( well, just going in to apply at all) back when I was using that.

I'll definitely consider trying brewing some kava someday, since fresh is supposed to be much more effective.

Because they chill you the fuck out, and can help you escape from all the negativity and unpleasantness of life.
 
I hear what your saying but it's not just interviews. I just always over analyze ever situation that I'm in, and I'm just horribly shy sometimes. I spend alot of time reading and keeping to myself, I venture out of the ordain a few times a week but I'm most comfortable with fellow trippers. I have a few close friends that share my interests but I have a hard time venturing off with the norms, I'm kind of eccentric, lol.

Probably shouldn't call what I have a disorder, it's more like a phreek flag I have a hard time hiding.
 
Man, i just found out my dishwasher has been leaking. Lame. Oh well, the apartment is gonna replace it next week. I just hope the water damage to the building isn't bad.

What really freaked me out is that the maintenance guy went into my apartment when I wasn't there... and i had a pipe sitting out. luckly he didn't say anything. I need to be more careful though.
 
^Man, that's exactly why I moved out of an apartment and into a duplex. Too many maintenance guys coming in and out of my apartment-- and I definitely had a bad habit of leaving pipes and bongs out. What scared me the most was the possibility of them letting my beloved cat out, who is a bit of a spaz so I don't know how well he could fend for himself on the streets. :D

Thanks for returning my PM, by the way. It really gave me a lot of stuff to think about, and was very helpful! I'll shoot you a reply when I have a chance to organize my thoughts; I've had a couple beers and a bowl this evening so my analytical skills probably aren't up to par right now LOL :D
 
Yeah, I'm a little freaked out, but it all worked out. I'm gonna continue smoking (I only late at night in the bathroom with the fan on, so it should be ok), just gotta put everything away when I am done.

I just got a portable breathalyzer in the mail that goes up to 0.19... definitely gotta test it out tonight :).
 
Damn, I think I will have to go to hospital...I haven't had any epileptic seizures for a while now, but I have been flickering in and out of mild abscence seizures for the last few hours. I can feel the aura that proceeds a big one coming on...Fucking sick of this shit. :|

Aw man, take care of yourself Sam! Do what you have to do to remain safe, as epilepsy is no joke. Please keep us updated with your situation when you can. <3
 
Awww it's sad to hear about people being scared about leaving pipes out in their own apartment.

I live in British Columbia and sometimes I take for granted how lucky I am to live in an area with such lax marijuana laws.

Why can't we just grow plants already, jeeeeeeez.

i ate two of what I thought were total fail weed cookies (as I mentioned before) and I'm actually pretty high. Not as much as two weed cookies should get me because usually edibles are pretty overwhelming to me though. But these weak ones are then preferable for me :)

willow, that shit can get better man just make sure you can take the steps to do it! My mom used to have terrible seizures all the time everyday, eventually leading up to a bad gran mal seizure, but now she's 100% stable. I know she takes Depakote. Idk what I'm trying to get across other than..it'll be alright man.
