Depressed Weeks After MDMA Use

Would a daily combination of 5htp and vitamin b6 be okay to keep me going untill that time? Or would it hinder the recovery. I took it today and it lifted me out of the depression for a few hours, I felt the same kind of body buzz as E.

Also I get the opportunity to smoke weed regularly, and have been for about a year. So it wont be too easy for me to stop that.
How much would smoking weed hurt the recovery?

i have never understood people saying they cant stop smoking weed. its not physically addicting. i used to smoke every day then got tired of how lazy it was making and just stopped. didnt bother me one bit.

I quoted him, i dont know, some mentally illnes mby :) ?

Lol, adhdi is just the 'inattentive' subcategory of a.d.h.d.
People who have adhdi usually dont stand out as having a mental illness because it doesn't include the hyperactivity.

i love that, yeah, everyone has that disease, its called we dont pay attention to things that we dont want to pay attention to....

diagnosing a 3rd grader with ADHD is saying "for some reason this guy has tons of energy and would rather run around with his friends than do math, its SO WEIRD!?!?"

uh, no, its called you're dealing with a child, and every child wants to play instead of learn about your damn numbers

i still dont understand though, i did e all the time and it only took a week for all of it to go away usually, but then two more mdma caps after all that use, and im stuck with this lol.

It's not uncommon to hear of MDMA users who were fine and then there's that "one time" when things all go screwball.

The free formula for MDMA related problems is fairly simple but sometimes hard to follow: complete abstinence from all drugs; an active healthy lifestyle; and time and patience. Recovery takes months and perhaps years, all depending. It can be tough at first, but after a while enjoying good physical and mental health becomes quite satisfying.

In addition, if you have the money or access to resources you should see a mental health professional. When a person abuses drugs, there's something else going on. That something else can be anything from minor to major, but a good therapist can help you sort through things to reduce the chance that you'll go down that same road again.

Best wishes on your recovery.

^^ so true dude. Don't feel bad man, I was fine until my last roll 9 months ago. After that last roll I had he onset of the most craziest shyt I've ever experienced and insomnia that's stuck for 9 months.

Live healthly and your body will return the favor.
