No comedown/hangover from mdma?

I've done mdma about 6 or 7 times in my life, always crystals/powder never the pills. Not once have I had a comedown, depression, or any kind of hangover. usual dose is about 200mg. Is this normal? I see alot of people on here talking about being in the fog for a few days after or being down the next day. Is there anyone else that gets zero hangover? Could it be the result of the purity i've had? Or will I eventually start getting the blues and a hangover afterwards as time goes on? I've also rolled twice within the span of a few days on two occasions. thanks

Most hangovers come from a)taking too much, b)additives, usually stims, or c) taking it too often. If you space out your rolls, and test them, and stick to the level you are at now, you should be fine

I always have hangovers. Sometimes I have "too much" and the hangovers are MUCH WORSE.
However I *always* have a hangover the next day - even from just one or two pills.

That being said, most people I know (in real life) don't get hangovers or at least nothing even near as bad as me.

Not having a hangover is good though! :D

this is probably a dangerous assumption and not medically logical, but if I use lets say once or sometimes twice a month(molly, no stims) and I'm not getting any feelings of being down is it possible that my brain just isn't getting damaged? Or is it possible that axon destruction or lack of serotonin can be present without feeling any symptoms of it?

This - but adding staying hydrated during your high.

Its simply daft to assume that everyone will crash/have a bad time during the comedown - if you dont then great.

unless you test your molly, there is no guarantee of what you are getting. probably you should slow down a bit, but once a month is pretty much industry standard for the amount of time you should wait between rolls. also, hangovers have nothing to do with brain damage...or i guess i should say that hangovers may be correlated but are unrelated

What goes up must comedown. If you didnt get comedowns then ypu would still be high right now..

the OP means comedown as in a hangover, depression, depersonalization, or any of the other things people always say they get on this site.
I personally have never experienced any of those, besides feeling shitty the next day probably 2 times, but that was when i took higher doses with multiple redoses.
Harsher comedowns/hangovers tend to come with more use, higher doses, redosing, and also adulterants.

i guess my real question is, say I roll 1 or 2 times a month for the next year. At the end of the year I have zero drop in mood, attitude, life outlook or any of the accompanying effects of low serotonin. Does that mean I haven't done any damage? Is it possible to have low serotonin and have done damage but be perfectly normal?

Yeah I don't really get nasty comedowns or hangovers either. I'm also one of those people who get super-improved mood for about a month after a good roll, as opposed to the more common "Tuesday blues". I attribute it to the clean pills I've taken and large spaces between rolling. It really is the only drug I know where I'm terrified to lose the "magic" with.

most people only get hangovers if they are abusing or if the mdma/pill is cut with something else.

I personally roll once every 3-4 months. But there have been a couple occasions where I have rolled twice in one month, or during back to back months.

I think that rolling once a month, every month, for a year will eventually catch up to you. And rolling twice a month will come back to bite you even faster.

Even if you feel fine with your current routine now: damage can be very slight at first and then slowly but surely compound and add up on you.

Best bet is to keep your rolls to once every 2-3 months (or longer).

i have done MDMA around 50 times, never used something for comedown-never had it. But later so called snowball growed - i got social anxiety(i had it a little before, mby thats why). But if you use MDMA few times in a year it will not cause much problems. Anyway everyone is different - some get cognitive deficit after first time( if you browse the forum). Every drug can be safe dependece how often you use it and what kind of personality you are.

A friend and I always make sure we have pure MDMA, we keep our dosage at a moderate amount (no more than 150mg, usually around 100mg), always wait several months (anywhere from 2 to 6) between rolls, make sure to stay hydrated and usually eat something easy towards the end of the roll, and haven't had a bad day-after as of yet. The afterglow the few days afterwards can be quite enjoyable, in fact :)

Although you don't feel the after effects of your use now, you will if you dont space out your rolls. You can get away with abusing this drug early but it will catch up with you at some point. Read through the personal accounts of MDMA abuse here... Many people thought that it was no problem at all and they could handle it. Six months goes by and the side effects start getting worse and worse. Don't ruin a good thing... Be happy you have no negative after effects and continue to respect your body and the drug. One month minimum between rolls and stop rolling twice in a weekend, this is a recipe for disappointment and increases neurotoxicity.

What has been said already is very true. Just because you don't have a hangover doesn't mean you can use all the time with no negative results. It can still cause damage if you use too much or too often, even if you can't feel it.

Be glad you don't get a hangover though! They are not fun. But it doesn't mean it is a sign to use more!
