What would be the effects if you took like 10 nyquil gel caps? Besides fried organs from the high acetaminophen, would it be opiate-y, horrible-y, drunk-y or what?

eating that many nyquil to get high is not advised. there are too many other dangerous chemicals besides DXM that could cause many problems. that being said, if you took that many and didnt die the high would probably be like a typical DXM trip. there arent any opiates in nyquil so dont expect anything like that.

-The pills don't have alcohol in them, only the liquid NyQuil formulation contains alcohol.
-That's a lot of doxylamine, which would probably lead you into an antihistamine-deliriant hell, and I promise it would not be fun at all.
-That's a lot of APAP, you know the dangers of APAP overdosage.
-The DXM combined with all these other drugs could cause serious interactions.

So no, it would not be anything good and could have serious negative side effects.

I strongly recommend not taking all that NyQuil.

Wasn't planning on doing it. I just have a really shitty ass cold and I was taking some nyquil and just wondering what it would be like if you just took as much as you could without dying.

NyQuil does a good job of knocking you out when you're sick, but not much else.
