my friend (whos never done any kind of amphetamine) wants to try some vyvanse i have. he wants to try some this saturday when hes playing football.
i was like "ok sure". but he told me hes concerned about heart problems since he'll be so active. i told him he should be fine with like a dose of 60mg. but now that i think of it, ive never been that active on amphetamines so now im not sure if its safe lol. i dont want him to be in any trouble so will playing football and being so active on vyvanse be risking serious heart problems? or would he be ok?

shouldnt be an issue.

At reasonable doses its only really dangerous with strength exercises like lifting weights, because those activities raise the blood pressure so fast.

i think amps are perfect for aerobic activity like running.

the main thing for him too keep an eye on is his temperature

Strictly speaking, sharing a prescription isn't wise (if something happens, guess who might be held liable)... but probably would be OK as a practical matter.

ha very true

thank you for the answers. anyone elses input would still be appreciated

It isn't a good idea, as he'll be experiencing an increased heart rate from exercise and the amphetamine will only increase that more. This can increase his body temperature and blood pressure as well, potentially to dangerous levels.

Chances are, he'll be alright. There is, however, definitely risk to doing this. It would be best to just wait until after he plays football to take it.

Yeah I wouldn't be letting him try this. His body temperature would be very high and if he doesn't consum enough fluid throughout the game he is risking his life. If anything happens it comes back on you legally and emotionally. Its not really worth it to just have a bit more energy during a football game.
