Has anyone ever tried this as a solution to overheating? Just curious because it seems like it would work.

I don't believe so.
But I'm not a doctor so I can't say for sure.
If you're with someone who is overheating start by giving them water and getting them to a cooler environment. If it's serious then get them medical attention.

Acetaminophen is just one of many many brand names for Paracetamol. This drug has a very mild anti-inflammatory effect. It is mostly used to to relieve pain in the joints.

Nitpick: It's a generic name, not a brand name. Both are abbreviations of "para-acetylaminophenol".

A friend of mine tried this, killed her roll in 5min. I don't know if its the Tylenol but it was pretty sad for her because these rolls were soooooo good

From what I know Tylenol shouldn't kill your roll whatsoever.

if you are over heating, even if say the tylenol worked, thats not the way to go, bc you would have to consume the pill and wait for it to kick in and work, if it even did. drinking water and cold showers is the best, quickest method.
