what happens if u smoke avout a point of meth pop 1 good mdma eccy and take some oxy 5mg about 10 hrs later. is there risk of cardiac arrest? or other related injurys

It shouldn't be a problem. The combination of meth and MDMA isn't particularly healthy, but thousands did it every day back when MDMA was in it's heyday and as long as you don't overdo it to an absurd extent you should be fine.
That isn't much oxycodone, and will be a nonfactor, it doesn't have any significant interactions with meth or MDMA.

Combining meth and MDMA is more neurotoxic than either on its own, it is a pretty bad combination really but at the same time if it is infrequent it probably isn't too bad. That said you are better off not poly using if you don't have to. You would be lucky for 5mg of oxycodone to do much to you on its own let alone while you are on meth, if you are lucky you will feel slightly opiated otherwise it will do nothing.

if you only have 10mg i recommend snorting it, according to opiate equivelancy dosage charts ive seen. assuming u dont have a tolerance that is

Oxy is actually more potent when taken orally, as well as having a longer duration.

^ agreed. the only advantage of snorting it is quicker onset. oxy comes on pretty quickly anyway.

Just like the above mentioned. MDMA + meth isnt teh healthiest combo but most peopel do it anyway. Heck most pills were meth + mdma back in teh day, atleast thats how it was in EU. U should be fine taking a low dose of oxycodone 10h later. Id rather sum benzos after a stim binge but thats my preference.
