I feel that i get higher (on any substance) if i havent eaten. And then once i am high and i eat, it sorta kills the high a little bit.

The most logical solution ive come up with is that if i havent eaten, i have less minerals n such in my blood, and more room for whatever chemical im using. And when i eat after getting high its the opposite, the chemical in my blood starts to be replaced by whatevers in the food.

Although i have no idea whether this is actually whats happening. Can anyone shed some light on the subject?

I'm gonna take a stab at this and say its because your taking it on an empty stomach, anything will go to your system faster that way, there's nothing else in there for your stomach to break down and combine with, so your on the right track with what you thought. I'm sure there is medical jargon for it, I just don't have a Merck handy.<3

But then what about an hour or two after the drugs been consumed and i eat. Also smoking weed doesnt go through my stomach, neither does snorting stuff, so i dk...

any oral substance will hit a lot faster on an empty stomach because there's no competition for your metabolism. I'm not sure if it will really make you higher though, just seems like it kicks in much faster which can give you a rush rather than if it is slowly kicking in over time while food and whatever is also being processed.

I definitely notice the effect you are talking about when I eat after smoking weed, which couldn't have anything to do with food absorbing the drug in the stomach. I have now idea what the cause of this is. If I eat a huge meal, I will almost certainly come down a bit.

I def. see what your sayin, but i dn i still think your bloodstream has somethin to do with it, isnt it ur blood that the chemical travels through to get to the brain?

And like i mentioned before after i eat a big meal i feel a bit of a buzz kill

Oh yeah, definatly if I smoke and then eat, its over. Girlygrrl hit it on the nailhead about the metabolism thing. That what I liked about weed, if you didn't like the way I felt, eat...its over.<3
