Driving during comedown

I know everyone is different but do u think that it is alright to drive during my comedown after rolling for the night and im only gonna drop 1 pill since i have been on a long ass break so still think i should drive home or just kick it for the night and leave the next day when im fresh?

I always think the experience is much better if you don't have to worry about circumstances after (ie: "I have to act sober for my mom" "I have to work in the morning") etc.

If you're not worried about how you're going to operate a vehicle and not get pulled over, you'll ultimately have a better time, and be safer. I'd really advise you to have a comfortable place to stay over night (no driving) so you're not putting yourself or others at risk, and you can just let loose and enjoy yourself without having to keep tabs on how high you are.

Anxiety about being high/acting high/having to drive while high (on any substance, not just MDMA) really degrades the experience, if you ask me.

Best to just not drive man, it's never, ever worth the risk.

I've driven a bunch of times while rolling.. am I proud of it? no, not necessarily. Do I think it's a better idea to wait until you've come down? yes. Sometimes I think if you really need to then it's better to drive by yourself. When you have friends with you in the car they tend to distract you and may lose focus on what's more important (staying alive by keeping your eye on the road).

I actually think E is the safest drug to drive on (in my experience).. not that I condone it or anything. I feel like i'm alot more clear-headed though than when I've been drinking or smoking.

While you're coming down? No, I find that shit gets extremely trippy for me.

Sober just after coming down? Sure.


A friend of mine was driving while coming down after a heavy night on pills, and kept seeing people open doors and walking out infront of him, driving past parked cars that simply weren't there. Be careful. (He drove slow, very slow)

I think it really depends on the person, their experience with MDMA, their level of responsibility and the amount of drugs they took that night. Some people can pull it off, for others it's best to just chill. Maybe just pass out in the car for a few hours and then drive.

Seriously i think that it's a stupid idea.

Like others have said, it's not worth the risk. Killing yourself or even another person? Fuck having that linger over you for the rest of your life. Just organize a lift beforehand or some place to crash after using drugs.

Even if your the greatest driver in the world, the mindfuck of being on a comedown/tired + the dark night time roads = one tense hour.

Driving on recreational drugs is not safe, coming down or not.
Just stay the night.

After one hell of a trip of mdma (about my 3rd time doing it and 300mg pure molly) i had to drive 4 hours and omfg..

It was 4 hours seeing yellow and black dots appearing in the mirror, two purple rays always moving around, starting conversations inside my head..

I really dont do it anymore lol..
