So apparently all these were added to the dea's schedule 1 list on march 1st. Is there some sort of grace period? My corner store still sells spice.. And more the point, I happened to have some Jwh 73 confiscated in airport security (forgot it was in my school bag). They only seemed to care that it wasn't cocaine, but one of the officers mentioned that it had been made schedule 1 recently. Does anyone know if the full implications of being schedule 1 kicked in immediately as of march 1st? Thanks much

Don't open your own thread, ask in one of the 10000000 threads already open about this. And yes, just like any other drug it's illegal as soon as it's scheduled.
