MDMA supplement routine

I've been taking MDMA for 8 years now and I am not an old person. Seeing as I don't see myself stopping anytime soon, I was wondering if there are any specific routines frequent rollers have adopted for general health protection and to help enhance rolls for those of us that can't roll as hard anymore.

I recently picked up 1kg of piracetam and 1kg of choline bitartrate. My routine so far is

1x/day 2000 mg piracetam
1x/day 800 mg choline bitartrate

I haven't rolled since getting the piracetam but when I do I'm going to take a 2400mg dose on the day of the roll and see how effective that is. During periods between rolls I'm mainly using the piracetam as a nootropic cognitive enhancer and to mitigate the side effects of being a long-time roller.

What are your supplement routines and why do you use the ones you do?

I take 500mg magnesium for clenching and 200mg ALA for antioxidant. I haven't tried piracetam yet. I used to do a lot of vitamin C pills but it gives me tummy trouble so I try to drink OJ or something that has it already. Post load with 100mg 5-htp and 200mg ALA. I drink lots of gatorade while I'm rolling as it works much better for me than water.

Magnesium Citrate 400mg morning
lowers tolerance and muscle relaxant
reduces jaw clenching while on E

l-theanine 200mg on an empty stomach
reduces anxiety and nervousness

green tea extract 200 mg twice per day
potentiates 5htp

5htp
increases serotonin

Piracetam and Choline Bitartrate
havent tried this but this will be my regime next time i roll
3grams of piracetam 6 choline 2 hours before roll
2grams of piracetam 4 choline after roll

Nice. A good amino acid supplement could do wonders. All aminos serve several important purposes and are essential in the bodily processes. You can also buy acetyl L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid together in some places. The acetyl will help control cortisol during/after you roll, your worst enemy especially if you work out.

Is it normal to take more choline than piracetam? I heard the ratio was usually 3:2 or 2:1 piracetam to choline.

I would not take more than a gram of choline a day. Choline is essential for our bodies but you don't ever need more than .8-1gram a day..
 
aint no magic powders gonna make you immune to MDMA, just take breaks of 4+ months.

Eatin healthy and exercisin will give you just as much as poppin unproven vitamins and fairy beans.

well i even though i can barely understand this post-

someone who excersizes and eats healthily is more likely to have a better roll (considering their quality beans) than someone thats a couch potato and eats shit

I've taken breaks longer than 4 months and still haven't been able to roll. Have you tried piracetam without results before? A lot of experienced rollers around here have said it works wonders.
 
Piracetam brought back the magic for me a decade ago when I burned out from frequent use in a short time period. But it won't keep the magic going if you abuse MDMA by say, doing it weekly
