That wouldn't be a good advice where I live. The pills I have access to at this moment contain 190mg of MDMA. I wouldn't recommend that to _any_ first timer.

Just start with half a pill, if she's past the come-up and still feels underwhelmed after 60 minutes drop the other half. Simple as that.

I'd say let her have a whole one(preferably tested so at least you know what your giving her) and she'll be fine. Just make sure she stays safe and have fun
