I have had the 6 & i'm enjoying a nice mellow buzz, i used to take a lot of Valium years ago, but that was about 10 or more years ago, so i don't have any tolerance for them now. But the thing that i have always found with Valium is they really effect different people in different ways.

In the past i could always neck a good few of them & i would be fine, but i have seen people take the same amount & they would be totally out of it!! Its a strange one. My Boyfriend has taken the same amount as me & he is a bit mongoed!! He is burning things & spilling things!! It so weird the way it can effect people so differently!!!! I'm really getting a lovely buzz off them all the same!!! While the drought is still going i might threat myself to a few tablets at the weekend!! I don't want to swap a H habit for a Valium habit though!!! So i will be very careful with them!!

Do you think that the Valium will show up in my urine test in the clinic next week? & if so what would they show up as? Would they show up as Valium or benzo's?

yeah everyone reacts differently, not just to benzos but everything really, as we all diffrent. so yer bf's a bit munted tonite eh? ha, yeah better not give him anymore lol. I wouldn't call the yellow ones weak, as 2 of them are the same as a bluey, it's hard to say what's the safe amount to take for someone without a tolerance, but even tho your not monged out, maybe save the ones you got left til tomorrow, cos you got 60ml juice as well, mixing 2 downers together be careful with that.

btw, tranquillizers and sleepers (sleeping tablets) are the same, it's just another name for them (bit like we have different names for gear), they're also called sedatives. they all for the treatment of anxiety and insomnia, panic attacks, depression and such.

Benzos (benzodiazepines) is just a category name for them all, Diazepam (valium), Nitrezepam (Mogadon), Zimmos & Temazepam are all benzos plus there are some others. there are barbs (barbiturates) as well, they are sort of the same but different to benzos if that makes sense. i think barbs are stronger, and they're even rarer than benzos. barbs are used for the same thing as benzos (sleep etc)
I will try and find a link i have tomoz, might explain a bit better as it's late & my brain is tired :D
As for them showing up in your sample, don't think they'll show up if your clinic doesn't test for them. even if they do, don't think you'll have anything to worry about.

They are all tranquillisers but Zopiclone / Zimmovane are sleeping drugs and provide no euphoria. Anything that ends with pam is a benzo, but then you got different names for the same drugs to make it more complex by rule your best bet is 2 use Google it'll tell u everything u need 2 now about different drugs.
I 've got a copy of the BNF my chemist lets me have them when he gets a new one. Tells you prices , guidlines , how to write a script correctly the lot.
Barbituates like secoanol and tuinal are very rare nowadays n much more dangerous and stronger than Benzo's. Although i wouldn't mind a couple right know !!

i'm pretty certain zopiclone and zimovane are not benzos
the 'pam's are benzos
difference is chiefly that the Zs are for sleeping whilst most benzos are for anxiety
saying that nitrazepam and temazepam are often used as hypnotics
i think another difference is that benzos are highly addictive.Zopi/zimmo are used more widely these days as they are not regarded as being habit forming.
Barbituates are a whole different story and you would be pushed to find any being prescribed in this country due to their addictive nature and their potential for being used in suicide.
if you go to switzerland for a dignitas death(google it-they are a euthanasia society),they use simply pentobarbitol(nembutal)-not to be confused with phenobarbitol which can be obtained from overseas online pharmacies.
for some reason docs in the UK only see to prescribe diazepam(valium) and occasionally Temazepam.personally i think temazepam are crap-ppl used to like them when they were produced as jellies for fixing(a few limbs were lost down that route),but they have a short half life.
Valium are ok but not anywhere near as good as clonazepam(klonopin) or nitrazepam(mogadon),which can both easily be brought from those overseas online pharmacies i mentioned.

Anyway, basically i think tranquillizers are for anxiety/calm etc, and sleepers are more for insomnia, they all do the same job tho, as when your're calmer, you're more likely to sleep.

All tranquillisers & sleepers are benzos, which are all sedative hypnotics. some benzos are more used for sleep others for anxiety & panic attacks etc, but in laymans terms they all the same really.

I get Somnite mixture (Nitrazepam in Liquid 35ml a day) and 22mg of diaz a day .
What do you call a cat that keeps falling asleep?

there is a table that clearly compares all the benzos
i dunno about zopis/zios being habit forming but i do know that where they used to dish out temazepam to patients to help them sleep in a noisy ward,they now give the Zs,as standard.Docs also seem to much prefer to prescribe them.
don't think there is any point in comparing barbs cos unless you can skip over to mexico(tijuana),you would struggle to get any.I hear the best place to get them is Mexico,Thailand or India.
As I'm sure you all know,getting clean comes with a whole load of repressed depression and many experience suicidal ideation-well,i became a bit of an expert in suicide which is why i know about barbs.

If you check the bottom of the table it lists Zopiclone and Zimmovane as 'Non-benzodiazepines with similar effects'

Basically a good balanced diet can help with cravings and create mental and physical well being, makes sense when you think about it. Some doctors prolly don't know or promote good diet as much as they should, cos they're more in promoting drugs n pills, all down to MONEY MONEY MONEY 8o

Cod liver oil is a good one as well, I've just bought some, can't stand the liquid makes me feel sick, disgusting greasy oily stuff it is, but if you can stand it, fair enough. I've got some cod liver oil caps, which go down better. Take one a day, they have vits D & A in them. good for general well being, cos ppl say to include oily fish in our diets but i don't like oily fish bleeeuurggghhh!!
Vitamin D (the feel good sunshine vit) isn't in that many foods, mainly can only get it through sunlight, and do we get much of that in this country? nah, do we fuckery! Proper good for ya head is vit D.

So keep taking vit/mineral supps and keep on with the good diet :) I sometimes get a bag of grapes and have them at the side of me, like a snack to munch on throo the day. love grapes, they rock! nom nom nom

Everyone else might take note of this as well, is not a magic cure for depression etc, but can really, really help, can help curb mood swings and cravings for gear. Cos us bagheads tend to have shitty diets. Too much time & cash spent on gear 8o

btw, yeah, zopis aren't benzos, always thought they were. maybe that's why they were crap, in my opinion anyway. they do a good impression of benzos just like some 'gear' does a good impression of gear, until you take it and realise it's just the same old crappy old BAAAAASSSSSHHHHHH!! :!

Thank you all so much for the info on the Valium & other tablets!! I think i may have underestimated the power of the valium last night, i thought coz they were the yellow ones that they wouldn't be that strong, but they were!!!

Thank god my lap top is working to~day, coz my bf spilled a whole cup of tea over the key board!! We both ended up pretty spongy!! I should have taken your advice Basket when you said not to take anymore, but i took another 2 & the rest is a blur!! There is a big hole burned in the couch & i burned a big hole in the bed covers!! Not good!!!

I have a splitting head ache to~day, i feel fairly brain dead!! I have very little experience when it comes to tablets, i guess that i thought coz you can get them from the Doctor then they couldn't be that strong, well i got that one very wrong!!!

The moral of the story is, i don't think tablets are really for me & if i ever do take them again i'll only take half the amount!! I think that is why i like the gear so much, coz i know exactly were i stand with it!!

So again everyone thank you so much for all you advice & for all your really helpful links!! Right, i'm off the nurse my very sore head now!!! Thanks guys!!! XXX <3

as i said, up until november it was easier to get heroin than it was to get a few of them, they realy dont like giving them out them benzos, nor the zimmos either, they're all a bit mad some of these tablets, ive lost budgerigahs on vallium, burnt cakes, threatened people with knives while on valium, yellow and blue, god, theyre mad things alright


@ basket, im feelin a bit better now, spent loads of money on food, healthy food and vitamins, and my jeans are already that teency bit tighter :D went really skinny,

you're right, the state of heroin in this country is an absolute disgrace... i could go on for hours about the disruprion this drought has caused :D

benzos are pretty safe until you introduce alcohol
then you tend to black out and do some really ad shit-and of course,not remember
i don't drink-i used to in order to potentiate the benzos but it's a recipe for disaster

both are central nervous system depressants so what might seem like a mellow mong can quickly turn to an 'oh fuck!he/she's not breathing scenario

I ran into the Pharmacy Fascist today buying Benylin in Boots ..... Got away with a small bottle, better than nothing I suppose. Still hardly Proper Dope though!

As regards drinking on benzos/sleepers, BAD idea! There was a period of maybe 3 or 4 months when my best mate was in loony bin, and we used to go out and take all the medicine he got hold of, mostly including DF118's, valiums, temazzies and Zopiclones, and drink (lots) on top of 'em. Many times we used to wake up covereed in bruises, and with keys, phones and other peoples belongings I didnt recognise, clothes covered in food, with no memory of previous nights activity. In that period me and him managed to get ourselves banned from almost every pub and nightclub in the centre of the city!! I remember once combining sleepers (zoppi's) with several pints of beer then taking 3 or 4 E's. Was supposed to go to this free party outside, anyway I remember coming to in a pond up to me knees in water in a field, I could see the party in the distance but couldnt get to it! I'd slid down this bank into a fuckin lake, then I saw the party get broken up by coppers then made my way home on the dual carriageway - every so often I awoke to very loud BEEEEEP!!!! sounds, and realised I was sleep walkin in middle of road, and a car was swerving around me beeping! I thought 'shit sort yaself out for fucks sake', went back to waloking along the verge then 5 mins later BBEEEEEEEPP!!! Same thing! This kept happening till I got back in to town. Man I could so so easily have been mowed down that night. Gutted my 'mate' at the time abandoned me, tho I was prob doin his head in. I got vague memoris of falling asleep on car bonnets periodically. lol the things u do
