What broken-up band do you miss the most?

this.

i was a little disheartened to hear after their last tour (i missed the aus leg) they'd broken up. at least they left on a decent note, planned. i am definitely hanging out to hear their last releases including the live releases.

I was so incredibly close to seeing their set at Bonnaroo last year. I was there...and then my sister got heat stroke and ended up in the medical tent. Not judging the time I had went to check on her and I missed Isis. : / My friends told me it was amazing. One of my friends who was never into metal of any sort said seeing their set instantly made him a fan of heavy metal. At least I wasn't off doing something lame and had a valid excuse to miss their set. :/

it's time to check more into the other projects the guys from isis work now along with crossing fingers for a return tour sometimes down the track!

Everything is good with her. She ended up heading home early with same killer sunburn. Also...if you have yet to check out Animals As Leaders, they may be a band you will really like! To get back on track...(sorry a bit off-topic here)

Are they broken up or still going? (but i really do miss)

The Suicide Machines!

broken up, last I heard. Or indef. hiatus.

On another note - how is Bonaroo nowadays? I've heard alot of mixed opinions on the newer one's.

i could probably roll out like 20 lol

off the top of my head, Viking, Death, Metal Church, At the Gates, Decapitated.

For me, it's a tie between B2K, Color Me Badd, Creed, Spice Girls, Kris Kross and Ying Yang Twins.

But seriously: Fugees, Nirvana, Sleater-Kinney, the White Stripes, the Pharcyde and OutKast (not technically broken up, but not together much either).

The Butthole Surfers
Nirvana
I'm sad I was never able to see Nine Inch Nails while they were still performing.
And I also wish A Perfect Circle would come out with some new material.

I'm sure I'll think of many more after I post this, that tends to happen.

Marilyn Manson. Although, maybe it's a good thing we haven't heard anything new from him...."Heart Shaped Glasses" (i think that was the name) was a HUGE disappointment when compared to Antichrist Superstar
