Snoo⁴ - Sexy Sick Snoo

It was totally unexpected, but in the morning I get to go to Glasgow to spend a whole day and night on my todd with my best mate, walking in the sunshine in the woods with a lovely dog, talking stuff through, cooking home made soup, then getting up to lots and lots of shenanigans and drunkenness in the evening.

I need her just now, and visa versa.

That is a wonderful snoo <3

Haha I can't believe you are reading that at the same time as me! I'm learning all about geology and the history of the Earth at the mo, never knew it could be so exciting, hehe. It really is a book of wonders, all the amazing things that make our world what it is and allow us to be here. I really love all the crazy eccentric scientists too :D

Nothing like thinking about the Universe and atoms and how life arose to make everyday life seem less mundane %)

ps you must borrow one of my Paul Davies books next, they are just the best for being mindblowing and entrancing and humbling all at once :) bit more science-y but I just gloss over anything too complex and it doesn't make it any less enjoyable.

Books are often my snoo actually - nothing like curling up with a favourite to make a shitty day go away :)

Yeh I know, 'tis AMAZING. I think the Atoms are my faveourite bit so far but not by far as I find it all extremely fascinating. He rights it so well too, especially when trying to put things in perspective.

I love how the scientists have so much enthusiasm to learn something they often experiment dangerously on themselves. I loved reading about the possible outcomes and past outcomes of catastrophic events aswell, although it sounds morbid it really fascinates me I can't explain, it's just a brilliant book. I must stop babbling now or I never will! :)
 
Hehe you can babble to me about it as much as you like, I love it too! The story about the scientist who insisted on tasting every element he discovered is class, foolhardy to the extreme but definitely embodies the spirit of enthusiastic scientific enquiry :D

My snoo today was finding out that I'm definitely not working Glade weekend. Busy tiring day at work but couldn't stop smiling when I found that out, woo!

Not minor at all, that feeling of relief when nothing has gone horribly wrong for a change is pretty amazing :D
 
I am reet happy. Things just seem to be heading in the right direction. I'm clear of addiction, got a bit of money, and I've had interviews for jobs. My relationship with the ladyfriend is doing well and the first festival of the season to look forward to in just a few weeks. Whoop!

Things also going in right direction for me, got the job I wanted, work's not tooo bad, Mr Ef is lovely and been seeing more of my mates lately. And it's Friday. No festival soon, but some good nights coming up in March, and Glade to look forward to :)

Me too actually. Being back at work isn't too bad, the folk on my new team are all sound, my manager seems cooshty & I've started saving some cash to buy a flat in a few months =D Life is good.

Plus, RICARDO VILLALOBOS IS PLAYING SUB CLUB TONIGHT YAAAAAAAAS YA FUCKING DAAAAAANSSSAAAAARRR!!!!! Can you tell I'm excited?
 
Freinds , who i haven't seen for too long Snoo. It was so nice to catch up with them. Really nice genuine people one of them is a Grandma and she only 46. Coolest Granny i've met apart from my own R.I.P NAN.
 
Must be cuz im new here and i cannot be fucked trawling through 40 odd pages can someone define 'snoo' as its a word ive never used..lol im guessing it sums up good/nice/awesome things ya?

Wicked, cheers matey, that clears that one up! on that subject, few months ago was at the cashpoint and looked down and spotted a folded lottery ticket,and me being the inquisitive person i am i took a gander to find it waqs actually a wrap of HIGH grade charlie,my girlfriend was a bit apprehensive bout me filling my face with it but after a line i knew it was gold!absolutely banging night and i was off round my mates with a measly benzofury capsule i got as a free sample..needless to say that was quickly binned =D
