Hydromorphone + dextroamphetamine is also really euphoric, and a better "high" if you ask me, but I prefer opiates over stimulants any day. So both?

I think "euphoria" and "mood lift" are extremely subjective things, and some people just prefer stimulants over opiates or vise-versa. Other people would rather just combine them. For me, too much stimulation causes anxiety and other issues, so I wouldn't call it euphoria, but I'm an anxious person....everybody's different

GOOD MDMA. Not cut, stepped on, speed laced "molly" or E bombs. I mean some good, clean, pure MDMA. I never had heroin or methamphetamine but can't quite possibly imagine something more euphoric than this. Granted, the serotonin storm euphoria is much different than a more dopamine based one, but personally that feeling just cannot be touched. I'm sure others may prefer the dopamine hit.
Mephedrone comes in a close second. Last time I took ~200mg of it, it hit me while I was on the dance floor with my girlfriend and felt so good that I was actually worried I might come in my pants.
However, neither of these is practical for a 'mood lift' where one plans to go about their normal day to day routine. They're great for partying, but I don't think busting a nut in a meeting at work because my drugs hit is a good thing. For this situation, I say nothing is better than a strong cup of poppy pod tea. Strong, clean euphoria that lasts easily for ~24 hours, maybe longer, without too much 'intoxication'.

Of all the KNOWN substances, I'd say that methamphetamine is probably the most euphoric, followed by pure cocaine and an array of amphetamines (including MDMA) and heroin/morphine, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, other strong semi-synthetic and synthetic opioids. That would be the very top tier - it would consist of a bunch of amphetamines, pure cocaine and strong opioids.
The second tier would include things like methaqualone, certain barbiturates (pentobarbital, secobarbital, amobarbital), methylphenidate (Ritalin), GHB, buprenorphine (and similar opioids), some benzodiazepines here temazepam, nimetazepam, flunitrazepam, triazolam, and midazolam.
Third tier would be codeine, tramadol, chloral hydrate, lorazepam, alprazolam, diazepam, clonazepam, and all other benzos, phenobarbital.

Where on earth did you get your hands on any methaqualone? It's pretty much outlawed in almost the entire world except in a few countries where it's available as Mandrax.
Same with nicomorphine and ethylamphetamine? where on earth did u get your hands on those?
Most of these drugs are no longer used in medical practice, even if they are commercially available.
The euphoria of opiates is unmatched. Not saying it is necessarily the most pronounced at all times, but opiates induce such a uniquely delicious euphoria. They make me feel best. Do they lift my mood? My personal mood, yes, but I frustrate more easily, and am more prone to "agression".

There is nothing like that rush of power, energy, confidence, and supreme feeling that comes with meth. You feel so powerful and full of energy. You feel you ARE GOD! Your eyes are omni-seeing, you feel so persuasive, suave, and grand.
