I am planning to start Piracetam next week, and I've read it is highly recommended that you take some kind of choline with it.
Now here's my question, I currently get my RDA of choline (450mg) through eggs, salmon and brocolli. Is this enough to make the most of piracetam?
How much choline do you get in you, and how do take it?
