So I've taken viagra before for coitus and had trouble with the timing and dosage for oral administration..

"its formula (sildenafil citrate) is C22H30N6O4S. The melting point of sildenafil is 189-190oC. Its solubility is 3.5 mg/mL in water.

The whole regular deal with cool water, no heat, *plenty* of filtration and i never miss.. tell me, I know I'm crazy, but will it work. I'm looking for a ridiculous 30 minutes with a particular perfect 10 that owes me a favor.. and guess what I"m clean now so no cocaine no meth no ecstasy these would be good sexual stimulants but alas i get drug tested..

oral dose is between 25 and 100 mg. I'm young and healthy my heart isn't gunna give out I was thinking of going for the whole 25 i.v. feedback from someone who knows what 3.5 mg/ml means, what kind of impurities i'm dealing with with the pill.. and maybe viagra expertish people. thanks.

Think about this, dont jump into it ot it could be your last shot, above posters right, eat the pill or at least wait for someone who knows how to answer your question.
 
Eat the fucking pill, it's bioavailiable enough already without having to go through the hassle of preparing it for injection. It's certainly possible but poses no benefit.

It's effective enough orally and the side effects are quite bad. They could be intensified if it were IV'd.

okay, so how about 100mg on an empty stomach 30 minutes beforehand.
what kind of side effects am i looking at then?
or an hour beforehand...
or she could be early, or she could be late.. thats why i want to know.

Well, the 3.5mg/mL means that 3.5mg of the substance is going to dissolve in 1mL of water. That means that 25mg will dissolve into 7.14...some change mL of water...if there wasn't any fillers/impurities in the pill.

It's an interesting idea, but I still think you should eat the thing, it is very bioavailable and I don't think you're going to find somebody who has IVed it before (I could be dead wrong here, but I figured if somebody has they would have jumped on replying to this thread).
 
Oral bioavailability is 40%, so you'd need to cut the normal dose by a litte more than half for IV administration.

That said, I'd really encourage you not to do this for several reasons. First, sildenafil is a potent vasodilator and because of the high bioavailability of IV dosing it could be easy to over-do it and put youself in a dangerous situation (especially if you are young and healthy as you said, you likely already have normal arterial blood pressure.) Intravenous sildenafil is actually used to treat high arterial pressure in severe cases where the patient can't take tablets.

Second, shooting pills is just awful in terms of bacteria, binders and fillers, etc. You need to micron filter this to be safe.

Specific inactives will just depend on the brand, the original brand Pfizer tablets contain:

microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, lactose, triacetin, and FD & C Blue #2 aluminum lake.

More than one of which are VERY bad for you.

The 100mg dose you mentioned sounds fine - what you need to worry about is getting yourself psyched up properly. Pill or not your mental state and anxiety can and will play a huge role in how things go.

thats what I thought it meant.. how can that be possible..? i'm no scientist but that is a LOT of water.. I cant imagine it needing that many molecules to wrap around 3.5mg..

good reminder, i have been inactive for awhile.
so, just like its another day at the office, like i'm about to cook myself dinner or fold some laundry then huh? ;)

with what ive gotten so far i dont think I will I.v. it, I am on 20mg celexa which is off label for premature ejaculation, (come to think of it I've never even had sex since ive been on celexa) I might take an extra 20mg dose of that that day, and I guess just try to time the oral dose as best I can.
