Oxycodone and hydrocodone (General Discussion)

For an almost non existent tolerance, what would be a good dosage for snorting the oxys and a cwe with the hydros? for a good nod. <----Original


Why do people think oxycodone is overrated.

Okay, please eat the oxycodone, it has a higher BA (bioavailability) which means you get more out of the drug, plus it will last longer. For the oxycodone, I would recommend 10 mg if you take it orally as I strongly suggest. For the hydrocodone I recommend 15 mg. The hydrocodone is more likely to have you nodding than the oxycodone, but who knows. Oxycodone isn't a very "noddy" opiate, hydrocodone is more so. And those are the doses I recommend you take if you aren't taking them together, which I wouldn't.
 
yeah ive read about the BA, i may.

i might just keep them separate.

ive snorted 15 of oxy,
and cwe with 4 hydros- im not sure what the mg is, i did it on the spot, w/o researching it or anything. im educated with oxys, not hydros. (these are separate btw.)
 
Eat 10 mg oxy, maybe 12.5 mg. You need to know what the mg was for those hydros.
 
for 20 mg of hyrdo i wouldnt cwe...too much chance of losing some hydro...

cwe is for people with stupid tolerances like 100-150 mgs

unless you plan on that dose 2-3 times a day you are ok...

but oxy with no tolerance i would say 10 mg is a good start...you can always redose about an hour later if you want to get slightly more out of it

yeah no point in doing a CWE when you're only taking 15-20mg.
 
Go for the hydrocodone man. I find hydrocodone to produce more sedation, euphoria, and a better 'nod'. However, I do find oxycodone to be more potent than hydrocodone (not by much, but still...) I'd say 3 mg oxycodone = 5 mg hydrocodone.

Don't get me wrong, oxycodone is a really great opiate and all, but it's just not as great as many claim it is. I've heard/read on here like oxycodone gives off a better rush than morphine when IV'd, or oxycodone is quicker acting than heroin, or oxycodone is more potent than hydromorphone orally. It's fucking ridiculous.

Oxycodone is an opiate more closely related to codeine then it is to morphine, of course that doesn't that away from it's power or potency, but it's in the same group as codeine.

Oxycodone is good, but it's massively overrated.

Fuck no, you could never place Oxycodone in the same category as Codeine, I'd say Hydrocodone is closer to Codeine. Hydrocodone is shit compared to Oxycodone. I prefer Oxycodone over oral Morphine. I'd take it over MSContin ANY TIME. Only because its not safe to shoot them up. I'd never put that shit in my arms. Hydrocodone is equivalent in potency to Morphine. Oxycodone is more (20mg = 30mg). Unless I had a syringe I'd prefer it to Dilaudid also...but like I said, unless I had a syringe. Oxycodone would be in the category as its metabolite Oxymorphone. Nothing near in potency though.

take/ eat 20 mg hydro.

i guess i do have a bit of a tolerance for oxys so ten mg i dont think would be enough.
and do these have a cross tolerance?
 
Hyrdos are better than Oxy? lol, I beg to differ along with many others Id imagine.

I dislike the small MG's of hyrdo and oxy because of the acet present in them. I wont even eat 5 Hyrdos anymore. I dunno how you could just "do" hyrdos without knowing the potency of them. Especially a person who has no tolerance its not a safe habit to just pick up drugs and do them, thats how people end up dead. (not saying a 5 or even 50 mg of hydro would do that, jus sayin) And since this is about harm reduction I would suggest doing your homework before you start putting foreign substances in your body.
 
Hydrocodone definitely has a more sedating high than oxycodone. I prefer the sedating high over the energetic high oxy gives off & yes, I do prefer hydrocodone over oxycodone. There is only a few of us out there that do prefer hydro over oxys.

Chill, i was told what the mg was, it just wasnt relevant to me at the time. i would hope that a friend wouldnt give me enough drugs to kill me. and sure enough he didnt:) it was cwe anyways. but thanks for your concern.
