Ascent of the Roxicodone 30mg, Descent of the OC80

Ever since the "monkey fucking" of OC80s, I knew Roxies would have to take their place. Prior to the "monkey fucking", roxies were not so common... OCs were much easier to find. Post-MFing, here in SF I have noticed them becoming more and more prevalent everyday. I figure that so many people abuse OC80s, that once they went to OP80s, no one wanted to stay on them and harassed their doctor to change their prescription. I figure everyone has made their dr switch their script to Roxies now.

What do you guys think? Have you seen a similar situation take foot in your town? Are roxies coming around more often?

I miss the OCs... I do I do. But I do like the roxies, and you can sometimes get a reasonable deal on them too. OC80s were just so perfect though--- they shaved into a beautiful fluffy snowy powder with a hose clamp-- perfectly plentiful without TOO much filler. It tasted good when sniffed or smoked... it looked cool. It seemed more potent than roxie too with the same amount of MG, even though it shouldn't.
 
I allready got 120 30's a month so its not a huge problem and actually i have kept my 80's to get me through when im out of my 30's so its really not that bad. Just put like 3 of em in a glass of coca-cola at night wake up in the morning fish out the little jelly blobs and swig it down and be high for like 8 hours works great for me. And yea it seems that all the people i know that go to the dr. have tried to get more 30's now but I really dont have a huge problem with them. i wouldnt pay for them no but i dont mind my $5 prescription of them.
 
God damn. If I had a script for Roxies right now, I'd feel like the fucking queen bee. I miss that OC high. I agree that the experience of the fluff off the grinder was outstanding. The feeling of being warm and safe and happy was totally the finest feeling a human could expect to have. I could never score OC in Florida so two summers ago I started using Roxies in Florida where it seemed like everyone in Interlachen has a script. I used them whenever I found them at home after I discovered them in Florida. But with OC gone, Roxies get bought up way too fast. I can never find any anymore. You have to be rich with good connections to score any Roxies in Cali as far I can tell....

OC 80's were going like hotcakes around my area until they were no longer available. Now the new OP's are here & no one wants them unless they can get them super cheap. The new OP 80's go for the price of what a old OC 40 went for, unbelievable. Now Roxi's are going like hotcakes.

Im assuming Perdue must be losing out on alot of money here in the USA with the new formulation since no one wants them.

seems like around here everyone has been going for those 30's for a while, but now even more since the OC pills are made differently. Seems like opana has become pretty popular too.
 
Yea I can get Opana but I realized nothing is like oxycodone. Everytime I find a new opiate I get all excited but I am always dissapointed and missing oxycodone. Dilaudid is too tireing, morphine isnt' euphoric and energetic enough, opana is pleasant but it's too subtle and lacks the breadth and depth of the OC high, heroin is too sedating and street dirty... hydrocodone just seems like childs play after messing with everything else.

I dont really mind the roxies... I am happy they are still around for me to fullfill my oxycodone insufflation cravings. The OP80s are decent but the fun of OC is sniffing for me... not eating 3-4 pills at once and staying high all day. It's the ritual with my friends-- sniffing, playing games, sniffing some more, etc.

I can tell Roxies are gonna blow up... everyone seems to be asking their doctor to switch their OC scripts to roxie land. One problem I have with roxie is that when I sniff them too much I seem to develop breathing problems. I always get that shit in my lungs and cough after a big roxie snort, and then I get this shortness of breath feeling when I do a lot of roxies and it goes away when I stop. *sigh* I miss my OC =(
 
Shit I didn't even realize this was happening. I'm in Canada and just from doing some research it seems like the new formula hasn't been approved here yet - well, I know this because I had 40s last weekend and it was the usual deal. Hopefully it stays like this here..lol

You should work on your insufflation technique, you shouldn't be getting any of it in your lungs.

Split the roxie into smaller lines, and don't sniff that hard. Slow and steady wins the race ;)
 
I'm in florida and roxi 30s have always been flooding these streets for years and years I practly never saw OC brand ones down here.
 
hey man i hear ya.. I miss the OC80's, roxies are close but they dont hold a candle to having a green OC80 and grinding that bad boy up till it looks like a snow storm just came by..

roxies where im at are expensive as hell too.. a dollar a MG, when the 80s used to be HALF that price! But I dont want to get into too much pricing information I no that it is not allowed..

I do wish Purdue would change it back but .. thats not going to happen..
 
The OP40s and OP80s are still selling around here (Richmond VA, a city with a closet opiate addiction and an out-of-the-closet crack addiction) but the prices have gone through the floor. I haven't seen many Roxi's yet, but lots more methadone and hydromorphone.

Nobody wants anything to do with the new formulation.

Oh yea, big time. But Baltimore has been a bid dope city since the 20's and its always around. What happens is kids get hooked on rx pain pills then when it becomes too expensive heroin becomes more attractive and the ones that used to say "oh id never do heroin, its a street drug, you dont know what youre getting like you do with pills" are switching to dope because the high is better and its waaaay cheaper.

That's me! I can still get my hands on some good pain killers, but they're so damn expensive. I can put $100 up my nose in one sitting, and that sucks when you'd like to use more often.

Heroin provides a comparable high, and it's so much less expensive. Now, $20 goes up my nose and I'm good. The problem is not addiction, not for me, anyway, but it's the dope scene...

Everything was so chill before. I would go over to my connect's house and pick up my pills, oxys or whatever. We'd talk for a while, recommend books, movies, and just hang out for a bit...

But now, shit, I'm parked out in gas stations waiting to cop and it's so unbelievably shady. I hate it. I hate it...
