Strongest opioid and Opiates

So according to that chart 6mg of oxycodone is equivalent to 20mg Methadone??? That doesn't sound right. According to what I've researched -> http://www.globalrph.com/narcoticonv.htm 20mg Oxycodone is equivalent to 20mg Methadone/10mg Methadone IV.

Yes Oxycodone loses its potency when IV'd but Methadone is only twice as potent and I think Oxycodone would be at least twice as potent as well. Possibly more. Just like oxycodone Methadone has a high oral bioavailability than Oxycodone so the potency of Oxycodone IVd when be higher than Methadone considering IV of Methadone would only go up a little more when IV'd. But I can't find any data on oxycodone IV
 
Sadly I've never had luck finding opiates. I've gotten my hands on Hydrocodone, and Oxycodone. I was also prescribed Tramadol. I LOVED oxycodone, snorting 20mg my first time with a joint got me so high it was unbelievable.

Like I mentioned in my earlier post, 10 mg morphine IV = 20 mg oxycodone IV.

This I got from a chart in a dental school pharmacology textbook which I got from my aunt (who is a dentist). It's old - from 1986, but it still had a lot of info.

I might still have the book around, I'll have to look around for it so that I can scan the chart and post it here.

Methadone was not listed on the chart through the IV route (only PO).

Pay attention oxy has a stronger high then fent. not saying fent isnt better at killing pain.... because if fent got you blasted every time like oxy it would be as common as oxy.

This entire thread is just about strength on a mg to mg basis, the advice you're giving can easily be misinterpreted and get someone killed. Which opiate is better/stronger in terms of a "high" differs from person to person. To each their own in terms of a high.
 
I was given a Levorphanol injection for outpatient surgery & let me tell you what, it was the best high I was ever. I rather not get into what type of surgery it was but he cut me open & then stitched me back & I walked out of there like nothing happened & I was floating on cloud 9. I cant imagine if I had been injected that stuff w/o surgery, wow!

When I was waiting to leave, I stood up & went over & looked in one of the cabinets & there were 2 full bottles of Levorphanol sitting there & I was thinking of taking one so I snatched one up & stuck it in my pocket but before anyone could come in, I put it back knowing that wasnt the road to take, although it felt so good. That was 2 years ago & didnt know Levorphanol was an opiate, although I was opiate naive anyway. After reading this thread I would say it is definitely the strongest opiate I have ever been on.
 
Levorphanol is a great opioid. Very underrated and should be used more often for pain. The shit lasts forever and is very potent. I had gotten a hold of a bottle of 100 2mg pills and I made that shit last. I shot the shit out of many of those pills. 2mg is equivalent to 15mg of Morphine. So x7.5 stronger.

Yeah man.....the doctor shot me up once & it lasted all day. I started to feel a little pain 9 hours after the surgery & I was laying there watching tv that night thinking, damn, I would like another shot of that stuff but I thought to myself, no wonder people shoot up, the high is so amazing when you shoot up & thats something I dont wanna get caught up in.
 
Levorphanol is only 5x more potent than morphine, not 7x more potent. 10 mg morphine IV = 2 mg levorphanol IV. Orally, 30 mg morphine = 4 mg levorphanol. So it has a high oral BA, aswell, unlike most other strong opioids.

Yes, levorphanol is a severely underrated opioid. It is a full agonist of the μ-receptor, is quick acting and long lasting. It's an extremely powerful opioid, but the reason it's not used as often as other strong opioids like hydromorphone, morphine, or fentanyl is because it tends to cause more respiratory depression at equianalgesic doses.
 
bump lol people need to see this if they haven't alot of information or opioids and opiates ok

can someone explain the difference between opioids and opiates. yes you could look it up some people won't I did and its been a while.
 
I want something stronger hell oxycodone stronger dose would work I did at most 15mg 2 7.5mgs.I didn't want to take to much I don't know how it effects feel like on the stomach probably wasn't a whole lot of apap but I can't remember its been a while.
 
if your not up to IVing
with hydromorphone your best bet is to plug it
its orral and nasal BA sucks
