I think he means that he took his second dose for the night and that it's not coming back the way he was hoping it would. His dealer suggested the smack to help bring back the feeling.

I've never done heroin so I can't say weather this would work or not. The way MDMA (ecstasy) works you're not going to be able to keep re-dosing and maintain the high the way it initially hit you. Also because they way MDMA works people have found it's best to leave as much time in between uses as possible to maximize your effects and presumably long term safety.

You should have explained that better, its hard to understand but yes, heroin will bring the effects of E back.
