well i have vyvanse, d-amp for those who dont know, and the last time i took it was almost 3 weeks ago. the day after i took it i had some serious problems with panic attacks and almost passing out and stuff. ive been a little scared to take it ever since but i want to tommarow because ill be pretty bored. do you think all of that bad anxiety and panic attacks will happen again or was that just bad luck? also ill be taking a lower dose

last time it happened wasnt my first time on amphetamines ive done it a few times before
and if i take some ambien for the insomnia to get sleep will it help reduce the chances of anxiety?

Taking Ambien would probably be a good idea if you can keep yourself under control on it, some people go bonkers and experience heavy amnesia. But, yes Ambien would calm you down, and help with sleep. You aren't one to like trip completely out or do crazy shit on it, are you?

haha no. ive taken ambien once which was after all the panic attacks that one day. after like 30 minutes i got drowsy, saw a little dinsoaur flying around my room for 10 seconds then fell right asleep

Just do it and find out for yourself. Worst thing that can happen is your trip sucks but at least you'll KNOW for the future!

I'm prescribed to vyvanse and the shit makes me forget how to breathe, causing me to freak out.

I have to focus on my breathing until something takes my mind off of it.

I notice this too when I took adderall, That would be the only reason I wouldnt be able to go to sleep because it felt like I forgot how to breathe and afraid to fall asleep and die. Is this jsut all in your head? Or does adderall actually cause respitory depression?

lol, no Adderall doesn't cause respiratory depression. Just the opposite.
