So Im just pretty high right now have had 50mg of hydrocodone and like 4-5 drinks of whisky. Also this is only my third time on hydro so id say i have a natural tolerance. Just kinda enjoying it and wondering what I can expect from tylenol 3's? getting some from a friend and from my wisdom teeth surgery. I plan to get rid of the acetaminophen via cold water extract. Also what is it like to have a good opiate buzz while smoking some good Sativa weed like jack herrer which I have :)

fuck I just keep feeling more and more sad/ numb when increaseing the dosage. Ive taken about 60 mg of hydrocodone which equals to about 240 mg of phenylephrine, and about 8 drinks of whisky. gonna call it quits for the night and forever untill I cold water extract the tylenol 3's. was I close to overdosing tonight?

You took 60mg of hydro plus 8 drinks of whiskey and it's only your 3rd time using? That's absolutely ridiculous and IMO you're lucky you're not dead.
 
Dude your pretty lucky you werent violently puking your guts up or overdosing, and depending on what size your hydros were your possibly putting your liver in danger with all that acetominophen. You should have CWE those hydros.

I have been consuming somewhere in the neighborhood of 100mg of hydrocodone total, split in two doses to cover the night, a good 7 to almost 8 hour buzz.
In tandem, I have been downing maker's mark and coke at a steady pace. I have a decent tolerance to both substances, though.
Whiskey and hydrocodone is a relaxing mix, I must say.

As far as the tylenol 3's, codeine is much weaker in comparison to hydrocodone. You would need about 350mg of codeine to equal 50mg of hydrocodne, 333mg to be exact (according to that popular narcotic analgesic converter, but I always highball to the next easy dose :).

Edit: And good bud is excellent to use while on opiods. Just don't smoke too much or the muddy marijuana high will begin to overshadow the good opiate buzz. But a few hits of some headies will enhance your overall high.
 
You keep feeling sad and numb, because you took a heaping dose of two downers, man. Drinking always makes me depressed, that why I rarely get drunk anymore. If I were you, I would stick to taking some hydrocodone, then smoking your heady sativa. Opiates + weed is phenomenal, you'll love it and you'll be MUCH much happier and content :)
 
So right now I woke up, dont feel too great at all. So the actual total of last nights consumption was 55ml of Novahistex DH which had 220 mg of phenylephrine and 55mg of hydro. Also finished the whisky bottle which had a little over a third left of 750ml at 40 percent. So right now Im just kinda nervous, my hearts beating pretty slow but im probably ust paranoid right? I mean I made it through the night right?

Well, you're still alive...but you feel like shit because your body is still trying to recover from the massive substance assault to you dropped on it yesterday.

Chances are good that you will feel like quitting for about a week then you'll remember how good it felt when you were high, and go for it again...only hopefully not to the extremes you took it yesterday.
 
Well I feel a little better now, I made a consious decision to throw up. I threw up long brown globs, that had the consistency of shit. Also If you cold water extract are you just getting the codeine?

edit: went back to bed, for another 3 hours and while Im definitly not feeling great its a hella lot better than that fuckiin shit earlier. But yeah Im pretty sure im done with that shit, If I ever do opiates again Im only going to do that shit straight up, without any other pharms mixed in and not mixed with booze. Maybe a good sativa though.

I wish yoy could change the names of your thead once its already going because this one doesnt fit the story at all. So yesterday was a complete recovery day and didnt feel good enough to stand untill 8pm. today I feel fine but my heart feel off like it hurts somtimes and I can generally just always feel it you know. So I was doing some research and tried to see if I maybe did some permanant damage with the 220mg of phenylephrine. Ily hope not and really have learned my lesson on pharms....never should have brought down the bottle because I just never quite had the high I wanted so kept doing more.

If any of you know if 220mg of phenylephrine to a 6ft, 170lbs male who is 18 could do any real permanant damage let me know please. Thanks for your help whipped dream, you gave me the confidence to go back to sleep yesterday.
 
Its not the fault of the Hydrocodone, you need to blame it on the fact that you decided to take a heaping dose of 55mg on just your third time using it. If you were to take just 30mg or so you wouldn't be feeling as sick as you did this morning. I'm surprised you didn't vomit while you were drinking with all of that hydro.

If you want to take an equivalent amount of Codeine you'll need to take up to 350mg.
 
well I dont think im really into the pain med world anymore, Shouldnt have to use meds to solve my other problems. Also I had done 30mg first time then 45mg then 55mg. Not one of these times did I enjoy myself, only this time though did I get sick. I think that phen must get rid of some of the pleasure of hydro or I just dont have the receptors to enjoy it. I think ill refuse my meds when I get my wisdom out next week, just take the ibuprofin becuase to be honest they make me fucking sick just thinking about them. This put me off trying mdma too now for a while and will maybe only have a beer or 2 everynow and then. Just gonna stick to my sativa herb.
 
Are you serious? Damn, well I know a fair share of people who don't enjoy opiates but none of them decided not to take them for pain or want to keep sober because of them. Remember it was the alcohol that made you especially sick and I don't know why you decided to take phenylephrine with it. That would fuck up the high real good, take away the real effects of opiates.
 
Mixed wine & alcohol a few years back & could feel my blood pressure rise & felt lousy, thats a no no for me, never mix alcohol with opiates imo. Just took a Soma & a 10/325 norco & im feeling super warm, cozy & nice :) Love that combo. Does anyone know how long that combo works for?
