ive recently started doing opiates (oxy and hydro) and was just wondering what the neggitive side effects of takeing oxy (oral only) were ? im not rely to concerned but just wanna know for referance. ( please list all mental and physical )

also could you put these drugs in order from most to least damaging please? ( assume they are used once a month at recreational low tolerance doses )

alcohol
marijuana ( smoked )
oxy
cocaine
dxm
molly
caffine
xanax
lsd
ketamine

thanks in advance

From what I've read the ranking of damaging would go like this:

Most -> Least
Molly - Cocaine - Everything else

This is assuming you are using once a month at the dose you described.

Here's the negative side effect list from erowid:
NEGATIVE

* constipation (common)
* nausea, vomiting (common)
* dizziness, headache (common)
* itching/pruritus (common)
* dry mouth (common)
* fatigue, weakness (common)
* nervousness (less common)
* sleeplessness/insomnia (less common)
* fever (less common)
* diarrhea (less common)
* difficulty urinating (less common)
* clammy skin (less common)
* light-headedness, fainting (less common)
* acute withdrawal symptoms if physically dependent
* decreased interest in sex (with habitual use)
* abdominal pain (uncommon)
* rash (uncommon)
* seizures, convulsions (uncommon)
* difficulty breathing (uncommon)
* respiratory depression, respiratory arrest (uncommon)
* tinnitus (very uncommon)
* circulatory depression, shock (very uncommon)

All those drugs pose different risks in them self. But I think for once a month would probably oxy with the highest risk especially with no tolerance.
Why? Just because if you don't know what your doing and have no idea of your limits you could very well over dose. And mental risk is addiction, its a terrible path to go down. I'm typing this from a phone so that's as far as I can stand to type.
Peace, be safe

I was ignoring the addiction side of the 'risk.' That factored in would put Oxy as the highest.

Assuming you ONLY do them once a month (in which case addiction would not be a factor) and are sure of your dose, my opinion would be:

DXM
Molly
Ketamine
Cocaine
Oxy
Xanax
Alcohol
LSD
Caffeine
Marijunana

It's kind of hard to say because at only once a month those are all RELATIVELY safe. I'm basing this solely on the negative effect the drug would have on your body, not any secondary effects of the high. I know a lot of people will disagree with this but whatever, I kind of just wanted to do it for fun.

the most common side effect of oxycodone from my experience is bad headaches when the effects start to go away. and it lasts a whole day too it sucks.

The most negative side effect I, personally, have ever gotten from any opiate is the itching. Sometimes it's a nice warm comfortable itch and sometimes it's like itchiness from Hell.
If you do too much your memory may start to go (short-term), but it as far as I know it's not permanent. Opiates aren't really bad for you, unless you OD and the whole addictino thing sucks...

Itching
Constipation
Irritability (for some people)
Problems urinating
Problems with attention, driving, etc.
Difficulty reaching orgasm (for some people, it has the opposite effect for other people)
Reduction in sex drive (again, some people get really horny when on oxycodone or other opiates, your mileage may vary).

In response to your second request, wikipedia pretty much has it covered:

That chart is very wrong. Barbiturates and benzodiazepines would be on the very top. And heroin causing the most physical harm??? What? Methamphetamine probably cause more physical harm than any of those. Wiki provided a fucked up chart there. Completely wrong. Well some of it.

Negative side effects - constipation, difficulty having an orgasm, itching, decreased sex drive, insomnia, nausea, addiction, tolerance, dizziness (just some)

I love opiates so much as to say that I don't think there is anything "negative" about them if taken in the right dose. I love it all, but I am a weirdo. Some effects that oxy can cause that some consider unpleasant include nausea (can be alleviated greatly by lying down), itchiness, dizziness, sexual dysfunction, insomnia, constipation, sometimes headache. Some people just don't tolerate opiates well and end up rather sick, I am not one of those people.

I really don't see how cocaine is more physically harmful than MDMA at say, just one dose each. This is all relative though, could be argued for ages.
