How spread out should my Hydrocodone usuage be?

I'm wondering as I don't do Hydrocodone too much... I have an opiate tolerance though, so few questions, main one being; How long should I wait to take Hydrocodone again? Other questions are: 37.5mg of dro (2500mg Tylenol) has me feeling nice, too bad for only a short while, still, is that too much or is it a good amount for most people? And would it be alright to take the same dose about 6 hours after the last? I'm mainly worried about the Tylenol. Can you snort them or is the Tylenol very shitty? I like snorting opiates, so what's the best way to get the Tylenol out while still being able to crush it into a fine powder?

Sorry for the stupid unorganized questions, I just want to get my facts straight before messing with em for a while.
 
well, you would not want to snort them as the tylenol would just gob up your nose and turn into paste. Your dose isnt super high or anything, but if you keep at it, the dose will just go up and you will crave it more, then eventually start feeling sick from WD if you dont have it.

I would take weeks, plural, in between doses to ensure you dont get addicted. And if that dose now doest last too long, if you take a few weeks off, im sure it will be stronger since your body will not be as used to it as it was before.

Also you wouldnt want to take that dose twice in one day, and its not because of the narcotic, its because of the tylenol. you dont want to exceed 4000mgs in a day. Shit, thats something you probably dont want to do over 2 days, but its your body. Just remember acetaminophen is hard for your liver to process. just be careful.
 
Just doing the math here...it appears you're doing 7.5/500's?

If that's the case...good LORD man!! 37.5/2500 in one sitting? You need to ease up on that shit! My magic 8 ball says you're addicted to opiates in less than a month at that rate...possibly addicted now.
 
37.5mg is NOT a lot. You probably have a tolerance around that. You should dose every few days so your tolerance doesn't increase as fast. Don't snort your Vicodin. The Tylenol will clog up your noes. The high is better orally anyway, snorting hydrocodone is lame, kicks in quicker but no rush. The oral bioavilability (potency) is higher then insufflated. This means you get more out of taking it orally.
 
37.5 is a shocking amount in my opinion. And the acetaminophen is really hard to your liver too as was previously stated. At that high of a dosage I would only do it once/twice a week tops.

Ive never taken more than two 10/325's at one time but if you are taking 37.5mgs of hydrocodone, why not take the Norcos. You can take four 10/325's which is 40mgs of hydrocodone & 1300mgs of tylenol. That is half the tylenol you previously have taken. It seems your are taking five of the 7.5/500's
 
Thanks people for your input. I guess I'll wait a day before killing my liver, as going over 4000 appears to be a bad idea. Snorting it apparently isn't that great and 37.5 isn't a lot to people with tolerances to opiates. Also yes I have the 7.5's. Damn, I want to take five more later tonight (12 hours apart from last dose), maybe that wouldn't be so bad? Fuckin Tylenol is a bitch, haha.
 
37.5 mg of hydrocodone @ once !?!?!?! Good Lord I only needed one 5 mg/500 vicodin to be high as a georgia pine. @ 37.5 mg you should only dose once a month. You don't want your tolerance to get any higher. That's ridiculous. You should only need 7.5 - 15 mg of hydro to get off

and how do you only need 5mg and you'll be as high as a georgia pine. even for someone first trying opiates wouldnt exactly be high as a georgia pine. you may feel something but no way u get very high or anything special
 
5mg to get high? Wow, I needed well over 50mg my first time to feel anything, this is with no tolerance to opiates.
