Again, entirely personal. For the first time, I'd bomb the methylone and take small(20-25mg) bumps of the mephedrone as you get comfortable with it.
I was doing 1g of meph a night the last time I used it. Once I'm done with this abstinence period, I don't ever plan on touching 4-MMC again but I won't jump into methylone at the doses I was on. 150-200mg on it's own was always a good dose before I gained a tolerance.
Take into consideration previous meth/cocaine habits and the fact that I was on benzos or alcohol 99% of the last several years, which makes the stimulants less intense.

First time I met Dan I think I gave him something like 120mgs in a bomb. 25minutes later he was unable to stop stroking his breasts.

I'd be careful on mixing methylone and mephdrone. I did this once and I felt fucking rough for days. That said your mileage may vary.

As I am also very interested in this subject and want pretty much exactly what DirtyHouse want's with the dance all night and whatnot.
After looking into things I'd say that a low dose of DXM mixed with blow and k (very little k) is awesome. The DXM extends the coke and the k keeps the tipsy dancey feeling.
I also looooove amt for how long it lasts and the way it affects me. It affects everyone differently and most people seem to dislike it for the nausea but I haven't gotten more than an upset stomach from it and have been able to party for about 30 hours straight on about 90mg (three spaced 30mg doses) and the last time I did it, I had the time of my life. The only thing missing was the the wonderland that mdma takes you to but I think the only drugs that take you there are mdma and mda sadly.

Weighed out with scales. Argh I'd pay £60 for a gram of that now!
