what do you get out of uppers/stims

Hello I was just wondering what others get out of their stimulant use. Do you use it just for focus or to get high? What kind of body or mental high do you get? I am currently prescribed dexedrine and I can't quite find a good dose for a nice buzz. I have been on it for over a year so I'm guessing I have some sort of toierence. I have the spansules and the ir's. Anyone recommend some good doses? Thanks everyone.

i use amphetamines both for ADHD(perscribed Vyvanse and Adderall) and recreation(i use both Rx amphetamines and crystal meth).

with Vyvanse i take like 140mg and with Adderall i use like 60-80mg. with Dexedrine that i sometimes buy from my dealer i take the same dose as i do with Adderall.

i like to mix booze with amphetamines, but i find benzos dull the the amphetamine high.

tolerance is a real bitch with amphetamines and i have to take large amounts of benzos, booze, and sometimes opiates when i come down.
 
Nobody could tell you a good dose without telling us your tolerance.

I take them to help me focus and when I do take them to get high it basically increases my concentration and focus, makes me more social and I'll feel a little euphoria. I have to take 90-120mg of Adderall (equivalent to about 60-90mg Dexedrine) to feel like I'm high.
 
i have such severe ADHD i would be half asleep if i didn't take amphetamines.

i don't really have to explain why i like to get high off them.
 
i use stimulants (usually combined with some alcohol) for socializing and going to raves

What does ADHD have to do with sleep? You have to take that much to stay awake because you are tolerant to stimulant effects, I have the same problem and why don't you want to explain why you take them to get high?

i ment my brain is half asleep, i have serious trouble with attention and focus.

and i don't feel like explaining it(well i am now) because its not a secret that amphetamines give a great stimulated euphoric high and i thought everybody could easily figure out the mystery of why i take them to get high.

Well I thought you took them because of the tics and jitters??
 
What don't I get out of stimulants? Stimulants take away that mental froth sitting on top of my brain. Stimulants keep me awake, make me more productive and less depressed. Stimulants make me feel more confident, and I am more sociable on stimulants. Stimulants help me to think more clearly, and they motivate me. Stimulants do so many amazing things that, that... I better stop now before I want to take more stimulants.

I think that adderall makes people hyperfocus on bodily sensations that it creates (different for everyone) and thats what you look for and crave about adderall while it isnt always the most pleasurable effect, its the one you look for to see if it kicked in. This is probably most common in people who overthink the effects of the drug they're on unless its a higher dose to them.
