I'm asking the fucking questions!
Ok so i would just like to know if anybody has been using this supplement and what results they have had with it.
It is basically creatine with a different ph level so it doesnt make as much creatinine as a waste product if you dont knopw what it is.

I have seen and heard of many mixed reports about this supplement and im wondering what it is REALLY like. Any oppinions would be appreciated because im leaning towards the "this is bullshit" side of thinking.

Also I am 18, weigh 80kg, been going to gym for roughly 6 months, repping 85kg on bench press 8 times. and i work out 4 times a week. Would this (or even normal creatine) do me any good?

Any replys appreciated, cheers,
Nolys

Its not that good. I perfer mono as its really cheap and it works unlike so many supps. I barely noticed anything with the kre but with regular mono it I can feel it. Creatine is a good supp for anyone. Its safe , works and is cheap. You can get 1000 1g tablets on ebay for £30.

Well it depends on your training. You are at the beginners level so id take 15g/day for 3 or 4 days then 3g/ per day after that. Would last you a pretty long time. Yeah fitness first shore road. ;)

Krealkalyn is a decent form of creatine..It's just a patented form of buffered creatine that claims no bloat or any other side effects...It's pretty cheap too...I take 2 tablets before I workout with my preworkout supplements...Despite their claims, I still get "moonface" bloat from it...

I like it better than Creatine mono but to all their own...

I think I'm just gonna try the mono, because my freind has been taking the Kre without much if any effects... I actually seem to be progressing better than him and all I take is protein

I don't know about the Kre-Alkalyn stuff, but I can attest to the fact that creatine monohydrate works very well. I don't have the tablets, I have a 1000 gram tub that I bought. I do 5 grams every day for a month (to build up the creatine levels) and then anywhere from 1 - 3 grams on workout days (to maintain creatine levels) from there on out. I cycle on for four months and off for 1 (not necessary but a lot of people do cycle off).

so roughly how long would a 1000g tub last? also i have seen prices and they look a bit too cheap to be true in my oppinion from some websites, is that normal or are they rip offs? this is in comparison to say a 1kg tub of phd protein?

Well mine cost $27.95 which is overpriced because I bought it at some small-time nutrition shop. It's still over half full I'd say and I've done one full four month cycle on it. I'll be going back on it in a week.

All in all it's not too good to be true and is probably one of the best weightlifting supplements out there imo.

Protein and creatine do two completely different things. I advise supplementing both, but if you had to choose between the two I'd say protein takes priority over creatine. I buy my protein in lbs. not kgs. but that could be because I live in the States and you live in Ireland.

I just didn't want to mention prices lol didn't think I was allowed to on this thread.. So I used the brand phd as a comparison price wise lol... Well then I seen prices as low as 12 pounds for 1000g and I thought "this has to be a scam at this price" how long should I cycle on and off for and should I take mono every day or just training days?

Price discussion isn't allowed for illegal substances. Since Creatine is perfectly legal I don't think mods will have a problem with it.

If you'd like you can just use the cycle I've formulated based on the reading I've done regarding Creatine Monohydrate. You won't get the full benefit of Creatine until about the 2nd week of loading.

1st Month (Loading): dose 5g a day, everyday.

2nd/3rd/4th Month (Maintenance): 1-3 grams (your choice) on workout days only.

5th Month: Discontinue use for a month (optional). A lot of people say it's unnecessary to cycle off creatine. I like to just so that my body has to return to normal function and produce all of it's own creatine naturally for a time.

****If you choose not to cycle off just maintain the 1-3 grams on workout days

If Creatine interests you and you end up liking it I suggest also checking out Beta-Alanine. If you'd like any further info on either feel free to PM me.

Thank you very much for taking your time to help me out, its much appreciated. I'm gonna order a tub off ebay and see how it goes, hopefully I'm not one of the people who it doesn't really work for. Thanks again
