I was out of liquid lsd. All I had left was the empty bottle. so my brother and I pored in some water and shook the bottle. we split the contents not thinking much of it. the trip hit us hard and with in 20 min we were astro projected!! we had never been that high before. what happened? there was only a small drop in the bottom and we got so high. What caused this accidental over dose?8o
 
Fucking really? You eyeballed liquid LSD and you're wondering what happened??? You have no idea how much was stuck to the sides.
 
i didnt know that it would stick too the sides. I was assuming that the liquid was gone so was the lsd. I thought the little drop in the bottom was all we where splitting. Good to know.

I've done this as well. I just ate the bottle though. I felt like I was walking on a "moon base version of Haight Ashbury in 1969!".
 
Heh, I thought the only time I'd hear this line was in the 'jokes' section on erowid.

Nevertheless, sounds like a fun night...
 
I have also done this, split the end of a vial with a friend. It is the hardest I ever tripped on acid. We went to Acl and I almost lost my shit when watching Ween play.
 
a friend of mine did this in a hotel room after a rave haha.
we were dosing out people and then there was still a very large noticeable amount in the bottom but it wouldnt come out of the dropper so he did what you did and put some water in. needless to say the guy was broken for like a day and a half an hour later haha. good times
 
If you still have the bottle you could probably still get quite a few more super trips out of it by taking a spring water bottle cap, adding 20 drops of distilled water to it, swish the dropper tip and screw-threads in it and sucking it back up into the bottle. Then you could lick the threads and trip your balls out through your nose, then use the drops for later. There is a lot of buildup on the tip and a LOT in the cap of the dropper bottle too!

P.S. It's very important to use distilled water. If you used tap water the first time you tried it, you're lucky you tripped at all. Chlorine breaks down LSD almost instantly. That reminds me of one time......
My buddy and I were taking an empty bottle and sucking spring water up into it and dropping the result onto our tongues. We were tripping really hard. we ran out of spring water so, being the tripping fool that I was, I went downstairs to the bathroom and used some tap water. After that we did not trip any harder than we were before. BUMMER! If we had kept using spring water, I believe we would have been part of the background radiation by morning!
 
i did this to myself with great results at new years.
took my last 8 drops in the vial and then did 2 vial rinses.
i was tripping balls.
i had had 5 drops a few days before though, so nowhere near as much as if id saved it. got a few more rinses out of it but i think its done now.
