Regional Heroin Availability: v8

I'm considering the scary possible eventuality of this becoming the norm. Why should things improve? I believe that there's enough heroin in the world now so I doubt a harvest would change things. It's really shitty, what happened to ''It'll be back to normal in the new year'?

The situ in N Brum is anything half decent has got pricier and less plentiful IMO.

I've just scored tonight (from Brighton) and, in the same way I have been for the last few weeks, got some semi-decent stuff.
The bags always weigh 0.36g from this guy and it gives a nice (little) rush, some opiate warmth and a nod if you do enough. Anyway, I'd give it maybe a 6/10 or if I was feeling really generous a 7/10.
I've been getting repeatedly off this guy and it's always decent and he's really honest (see my previous post, also quoted below). So when he text me to tell me the was sorted with the decent stuff, I went straight to him as soon as I finished work.

I don't have any complaints anyway because at least for the last month or two I haven't had any problem getting opiates whether I've had to get:
  • it's been decent gear that doesn't solidify and block the pin or have 0.1% purity; OR
  • pharmaceutical grade morphine (IV) amps; OR
  • oral methadone
So at least I haven't had to see the inside of a rattle and hopefully when I go away on Feb 20th, I can use that opportunity to get clean and take the time away from gear.
This drought isn't going to get better any time in the NEAR future, so I should use it as the perfect opportunity to quit! There's two perfect situations to quit (both rely on you wanting to quit) which are:
  1. A situation where you have absolutely no money to buy yourself any gear; OR
  2. A situation where you can't find anybody with decent gear (or there is no gear around... i.e when a drought is on)
So time to use this to my advantage and clean up my life and maybe start to build bridges between all the friends and family my heroin addiction has ruined!

K is not called 'hippy smack' for nothing
the effects are very similar
i used it to get off subbies a few years back and it worked great
i would choose K as my no2 choice of drug

You often post just to disagree, in fact, in doing so you often contradict yourself, only my opinion of course.

I have never posted to say that the drought is over in the South East. My posts are generally along the lines of I have managed to score and it's much better than it was a few months back (which is true) and I have maybe suggested that there has been an improvement but it's still nowhere near back to normal.

I certainly don't post just to disagree with someone as I try to avoid getting into arguments on the internet as they generally descend into a childish name calling match and it's all a little pointless.
If you can show me a post where I have said something along the lines of "I think the drought is coming to an end" then I do apologise and certainly didn't intend to contradict myself (and maybe I was just really high and happy that I'd scored some good gear on that particular day! 8) 8o :\). However, I'm 75% certain I never posted saying I believe the drought was coming to an end... I do remember posting saying that I think the situation is improving (which in my experience it is, I've gone from struggling to get anything decent to being able to get semi-decent gear (6/10 or at the very best 7/10) pretty much most days.

Hippy Smack, i never heard it called that before! That has me really interested in K now!!! I haven't taken it in years & years!!! I was much younger when i took it & i have probably only ever tried it about 6 or 7 times.

Every time i took Special K i was always out of my head on wine or vodka!! & the K always totally blew the head off me, looking back i think that it was the strongest drug that i have ever taken, i remember been so out of it that i literally couldn't string a sentence together, i was totally trolley-ed!! 8(

But hearing it been called hippy smack is getting me interested in it again!! If it is in any way like H then i would deffo try it again!!! Maybe it always felt so strong when i took it coz i was always so drunk when i took it, because whenever i took it i ended up not knowing who or what i was!! Did anyone else ever get that kind of buzz off it?

I have heard of something in America called 'Hillbilly Heroin' is that Special K aswell? Or is that something else?

North Dublin Update.......
My up date for Dublin is the same, its sill full of what i would describe as really good bash!! But as far as i'm concerned no matter if its good bash or bad bash, its still bash & i'm not paying over the odds for it!!! Maybe if it was half the price of H then i might consider it, but at the end of the day its still just bash!! Although i did hear of one good report on Bluelight of nice pre drought rock H in Dublin, but i haven't seen any myself yet, but maybe soon.......... :\

I can't believe we're up to about 8,000 posts about how we can't score any decent gear. It' s all getting a little boring now and I for one really don't want it to get any better. This drought is probably the best thing that could have happened for many of us - excepting those who are not on scripts, who have my deepest sympathies for what they have had to go through this last few months. But all in all, what's the point in looking forward to things getting back to normal? Surely anyone in his right mind wants precisely the opposite..!!! However much anyone likes being a junky, when it comes right down to it we would all prefer to not be in this situation. Now is our chance - lose this opportunity and we might as well just fucking give it all up now. Please see this situation for what it is - a second chance to get our fucking shit together.....
 
FUBAR and others make good points about using this window of oportunity to get clean once and for all. Best advice for the PAWS- excercise and good nutrition, but I'm fuckin lazy. Dropped my subdose again to 0.5 from 0.75- eyes were watering this morning- and my doc told me I shouldn't feel much going from 2 mg- 0. Thank God for bluelight and the good advice I get hear.

FYI- OXY was really big here in SD started in places with traditionally little heroin- now alot of those heads moved on to heroin or opana and/or dilaudid. Florida is a state that lots would go get Rxs from. There pain clinics are like our CA cannabis dispensaries- but they cracked down and OXY was reformulated to prevet abuse from snorting, smoking, and slaming the crushed drug. It is a slow release form of oxycodone (the active ingredient in percocet which has tylenol). The idea was to provide stable levels over a long period of time but crushing them disrupted the long acting matrix. It was reformulated a few months ago.

i've posted a few posts mentioning this and that a big part of me doesn't want things to improve, although my heart does go out to all the ppl who can't find decent.

i really don't want to go back to the life i had before, looking back i now realise how shit the gear was even before the drought, it's been going down the shitter for a good few yrs now, and most times i wasn't even getting a high or a gouch off the gear, it was just a habit a couldn't snap myself out of, just like a daily routine. now i realise i can manage just fine without the gear, and i'm not going to 'die' without it

i've got used to having more money, i actually feel better, i look better and healthier.
i'm defo gonna use this drought to my advantage

but know there are so many ppl who have serious mental health problems, depression (which i've gone through my self), mental/physical pain etc, these are the ones that need genuine help and if only they would legalise and prescribe diamorphine. but can you imagine this toff tory government giving a toss about ppl like us? nah, not gonna happen is it? seriously, not in my lifetime anyway. no government gives a shit, especially the tory bastards, it's just turn a blind eye & we'll all magically disappear

I do agree that for some (like yourself) the drought is a good thing, but for me, as a human being with rights, we should have a choice, i.e. if we dont want to give it up, then we shouldn't be controlled/forced to give it up, its all very big brother, being controlled ect.. this drought has forced a lot of people to go for more harmful drugs, as some use opiates as a medication for depression, anxiety ect..i myself use it for depression, and an escape from shitty reality, as i believe we should have a choice, and not be controlled and forced upon us. Dont get me wrong as for some people, not by choice, but have given it up, and are glad that it has been FORCED upon them, as if it wasn't forced upon them, then some feel they would still be in the game of scoring, using ect..and i know most who use want to give it up, and have taken this opportunity to do so.. but imo, it should of been our own choice and not the gov't/big brother's decission to force us addicts to do so, as i belive they (the gov't) have no right to choose for us, as they haven't got a clue about addiction, all they know is what their told/read from books/advisors. Take Clive Frogatt for example, who was Margarett Thatcher's GP and health advisor for the elite/poloticians (the corrupt) who was a heroin addict, who is a very intelligent man, and is now a councilor for addicts, and is fighting to legalise diamorphine, as he says, Quote "not giving heroin to addicts is like depriving diabetics of their insulin" who else could be more understanding then him..but the toffs will never make that radical move that makes so much sense, as it will cause havac amonst the sheeple, even though crime rate would fall by aprox 90% & new addicts would fall aprox 80% as proven by studies in other liberal countries.. they (the govt) know its makes sense, and is the right thing to do, but if they did legalise, then a lot of corrupt law enforcement, solicitors, social workers, cdt workers, ect would be out of jobs, and that imo is the main reason it would never happen..i could go on but realise this is the wrong forum for this rant..sorry mods..ive done it again, haven't i..lol..?

on topic: bash/bash & more bash is all thats mainly around down in the south west, i know of one guy who gets from london who is got nice food, but of very low quality, but gives a nod after smoking about .4, but i know of a bit better food in torquay, so off on a road trip tomoz to aquire some..hope you guys are getting better with your hunting..i'll check in tomorrow folks

Has anybody had any gear that doesnt do much when u smoke it but when you pin it gives you a decent rush but little after effects?? I had some the other day and pinned a whole bag which is rare for me as my tolerance is quite low being a chipper and a smoker, but it gave me a bad ass rush for about ten minutes but didnt get a nod or any of that?
Im gagging to go out and score a couple tomorrow and Im hoping (as always these days!) that it will be alright...Im not asking for super duper shit, just something thats gonna do the job....Is it worth spending money on this risk? I know everyones gonna probably say "no, save your money" but you know what its like, it might be alright, after all there is some ok gear floating around isnt there, its just that every bag is a smackheads scratchcard!

Yeahh, as Kat said it is known as hippy heroin like nitrous is known as hippy crack in UK. Dumb names really but I can see where it comes from.
You should never ever drink booze and do K, it'll only make you ill! IMO the best time to do K is when on amphetamines like E...Sometimes after a long E binge ketamine was the only drug that would bring me down, that and heroin obviously!

A lot of propaganda in that article. The main reason is still down to the blight & floods, as that is why the price has risen - the opium is costing 3x-4x ore at source so it HAS to be the main reason. Obviously, because of that, when there is a seizure of 80kilos in November we actually notice it on the street & the police are trying to make themselves look better because of it & scare smugglers at the same time. Its all spin. When the price of Opium falls again at source, which will happen when there is a new harvest & therefore more around, then the price will fall on the street too. It will then be more viable & attractive to the syndicates again & it will be just as available as before. There is just too much money involved & too much at stake for it to remain this way indefinitely.
 
great stuff in ballymun at the mo, 50 quid for .3 but this is unreal stuff. beats the fuck outta the benzos i been on for the last while. might be a bit pricey but its whopper stuff
