Hydrocodone CWE worth it

Swim has four 10-650 and taking two doesn't even work anymore.
Swim knows that's alot of apap but thinks a CWE isn't worth so few. Whats his best use of all 4? Some tolerance 170lbs.

I don't think a CWE is necessary for just those four pills. That is 2600mg of APAP, which is a decent amount, but the max daily recommended dose is 4000. So if you took all four, I don't think it would be that dangerous. As long as you aren't taking that much APAP daily for a long time it should not be a big issue. A cwe on that few pills, you are bound to lose some in the process and it is not worth it in my opinion.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I think I'm more concerned about nausaea.

Yo SWIM, take the four tabs with a large glass of grapefruit juice. It will potentiate hydrocodones' effect by ~ 50%. If you don't have the grapefruit juice don't even bother taking them.

Neither hydrocodone nor anything extracted from pills which contain apap should be IV'd. And you don't need to use swim here. We all know it's you and you'll likely have already eaten the pills before the DEA knocks down your door, anyway.
