Slidell man gets 10 years, purchased 'bath salts'

This shit is dangerous, I don't support the ruining of this guy's future, but I support the warning that it sends.
No one guarantees how potent this is, it could kill you if you took 1mg of it or it could take 1g depending on what chem and how much they put in.
 
Believe me they don't full around in louisiana. I got 5 years on my first charge and it was just a felony possesion.
 
I've been to New Orleans a few times. Nobody seemed to care about me going around in broad daylight with a bottle of Jack, higher than hell.
 
Jesus, the fucking swine. 10 years for purchasing a product being openly marketed as bath salts?? There is no such thing as common decency in this country any more, apparently.

on a more legitimate note, this is the best proof of 'prohibition causes significantly more harm than the drugs themselves' that i've seen in a long time.
 
Ten years for buying shit from a fucking convenience store? :X That is seriously bizarre.
 
not defending the pigs or nothing, but the guy probably got 10 years for violating probation. i.e. his original charge of heroin probably had a 10 year max.
