Not too far away :)
Okay so I had a good roll a couple days back, and I feel happy as hell still. It's been two days and I guess you could say that I have a new positive outlook on life. I notice obstacles in life and tackle them, but I do not over stress anything, because what is that going to get you, really?

I take a "Mens Mega" multivitamin, a 1000mg Vitamin C, and a 5-HTP every morning, if this may have anything to do with it, but I would normally do that anyways, with the exception of 5-HTP.

I still feel amazingly happy and relaxed when listening to good music, and especially when talking to friends. When I burn a cigarette while talking to friends or listening to good music my legs start to tingle and I am in a trance, not like rolling, but in a way it has a resemblance to the relaxing comedown, especially if you focus on it. Its been 48 hours and counting now... Could this be after-glow like effects or something else?

I remember after my first roll I had a similar "after-glow" like effect that lasted nearly a week. It's happened once again after not rolling for almost a year.

Lately, though, I've been getting the opposite effect after a few weeks of rolling. Straight up, unmotivated, multi-day, retarded-function crashes.

Enjoy it.

My first real roll with good quality MDMA was taken a week before Christmas and I'm still very positive about life and happy. Same feeling as you :) I'm happy I'm not alone in this feeling. I think it's also another VERY good reason to space your doses out at least a month apart. I can honestly say that that one night on Ecstasy has improved my life, or at least my outlook on it.

I can also bring myself up alot emotionally by sitting and listening to a song that was playing during my roll. Anyone else get that? I get a cold shiver and I'm immediately in a much improved mood for a good few hours. A mental thing, for sure, but I find it really interesting nonetheless :)

This is a pretty common effect from MDMA if you don't abuse it and take long breaks. It makes you see your life in a different ways and helps you avoid negativity and stops you from getting fixated on things that don't really matter (in the wider views of things).

The first time I tried MDMA, I had an afterglow that lasted months. To some degree, some part of this afterglow will last for the rest of my life. :)

Thank you for the information!

And to anybody reading this, I would like to stress once again, like said many times before, how important it is to space out your uses/experiences. E can have a positive effect on your life if not abused. Space out your rolls, enjoy the life changing experience, use safely, and enjoy your new outlook on life, its there, believe in it, its in you! ;)
