Hydromorphone for 2 days in a row?

I took a 4 mg pill yesterday...if i take 8mgs todat will i feel the effects? I heard its suppose to b pretty strong...but i dont really wanna wait another day to dose...but when i did 40mgs of oxycodone the first day it was good obviously but 2nd day i didnt feel anything...and btw im not sure if i have to use the SWIM refrence thing...i dont really understand that..so sorry i am? Or not lol...thanx n advance
 
Thanx for the response, and ive never shot a pill O_O always wanted to try..but never knew how it worked completely lol,do u get a rush from snorting? I chewed it yesterday...and im gonna do 8mgs today..vs 4 yesterday chewed
 
No, I've never gotten a "rush" from taken a pill orally. Chewing up hydromorphone woulc especially not do a thing. The oral bioavilability of Dilaudid is so low, your only getting 30% of the pill. Intrnasal you get about 50%. There is no rush those route but IV has an incredible rush. Its the only way to get the best out of Hydromorphone. When people say they take it orally I just think about how much of a waste that is.
 
Yeah, snort that shit, I don't inject or colon roll anything and I can say with confidence that eating hydromorphone is a monumental waste in comparison to snorting. Take 50mg diphenhydramine a half hour before you do the line (or 25mg if you're sensitive to it) and then truck that shit up one nostril in one big line, redosing doesn't seem to work as well with hydromorphone as it does with H or oxycodone.
 
I jus snorted 12 mgs omg...fukn amazing...i did 8 and didnt feel shyt...figured i did have tht tolerance from yesterday...i thinki wana do 1 more tho..haha

That's a good way to increase your tolerance very quickly and become addicted. Hydromorphone is a very strong opiate and if you go from 4 to 16mg, that's not good. Hydromorph also doesn't last too long which is another reason for it being so addicting. I have taken hydrocodone and Oxy for 2 yrs and have been able to stay at the dose I started with 2 yrs ago. Keep in mind I've also tried fentenyl and hydromorph
 
You guys really enjoy oral/snorted hydromorphone?? Aside from the IV rush it is one of my least favorite opiates...the high is very very weak post rush
 
As much as ill probably agree with u if i wasnt high...i ended up doing one more 16 mgs...omfg...this is incredible...wow hahaha mannn...

That's what I was trying to say. If you start at 4 and already think you have to take 16, you are on the road to addiction or OD, because your brain will think you need that much to get high when you probably could have felt good off of 8mg. You never stated your tolerence so we can't tell you how dangerous 16mg is, it shouldn't jump that much in one day

Once again, you weren't high because you took it orally. Now you think you need higher doses but the fact is that you could take the same dose but just take it another route (insufflated) and get a high. Tolerance doesn't raise that much in one day.
 
Well ive done oxycodone40mgs twice...vicodin at 20mgs 4-5 times...codeine syrup ive done like a bottle...idk how to describe...im sorry for messing up my spellimg im really really fucced up
 
DO NOT take anymore if that's your previous opiate experiences. Hydro morph is around 4 times stronger than hydrocodone. 16mg is around 65mg hydrocodone so if you only take 20mg of hydrocodone, taking more hydromorph can be dangerous
 
i Kno it. Stronger...way stronger trust me...but ive recently done oxycodone...i havnt done hydrocodone n months...doesnt hit me..to weak...i compared hydromorph to oxycodone and its only like 30mgs ive heArd for like 12 mgs...i cant rlly say it now...but no i understand man...im not taking anymore today...but i get u guys on how tplerance can go up fast...agaon sorry for the spelling im going fast
