Hi, I wonder if you can help me with some advice?
I'm widely perceived as an exceptionally bright person however I've always had severe problems with motivation and utter inability to focus.
I have ADD and it's somewhat debilitating. I've tried great many substances and have no problem self-medicating.
My ADD assessment is taking its sweet ass time (let's say around six more months), as I do not have a "family" physician or detailed medical history. I won't get into the details of my medical history and why I'm only getting an assessment now.
My job is very cognitively demanding and a little focus goes a long way.
I began experimenting with my own treatment involving arbitrary stimulants. Whatever I can get my hands on, really. My self-treatment also involves goal-setting, planning and healthy routine.
It has been working with great success.
I have been utilizing the following:
Ephedrine (legal in Canada; the stimulant enantiomer, not the weight-loss one)
Phenylpiracetam (carphedon, phenotropil; imported from Russia)
Dextroamphetamine (dexedrine; not time-release, purchased illegally)
Lisdexamphetamine (vyvanse; purchased illegally)
I use them in combination and alternate. Lately I have been using them everyday.
Questions:
1) I know phenylpiracetam is an anticholigenic, but I don't know too much about how I should counterbalance that?
2) Because ephedrine is cheap, I use it everyday. Can this be very terrible for me? I have heard of cardiovascular altercations, but only at high doses. Unsure about regular use.
3) I'm a man in his mid-twenties. I'm very agile, light on my feet and have remarkable endurance. This, plus the use of drugs over the years has made me a lot lighter than I used to be when I was younger and engaged in gymnastics regularly. Now that I have begun working out again, I feel my strength increasing but my muscle mass not following: I am not gaining weight. It seems to be the self-medicating, as I began working out again before I underwent this treatment and when I began it, the growth of my muscle mass abruptly began to stagnate.
PS- I do not consume ephedrine and drink. Before any of you folks warn me about that.
Thanks for reading my post, I do hope someone here has sound advice for me.
