Misc What to try after the oppies stop working?

Just like the title says... My tolerance for opiates has gotten to the point where they essentially don't work anymore and I'd like to find a replacement.

Dxm works... But its just too ghetto.

Any ideas on what might turn this frown upside down?

You're maxed out on fent for breakthrough pain? What about a rapid detox under sedation which will drop your tolerance. I don't even know if they have that though.

DXM or Ketamine or whatever is really just a step above inducing a coma. Chop off the limb? I don't know where your pain is coming from.

Benzos will give similar relaxation and some entactogens can give similar euphoria.

You tried DXM as a replacement? That is a weird jump, from opioids to dissociatives.

Benzodiazepines maybe?

Stimulants?

Psychedelics?

Clean living?

Golf?
