Amazing.... I didn't even get a decent buzz off the fentanyl.

Fentanyl is actually destroyed in the stomach.. Might be why it didn't do anything. The gel is horrid for the liver which is why you might have been puking the next day. I also have a high tolerance to fentanyl. I mainly use it for pain purposes I don't find it all that recreational. But it will keep with wd at bay.

Also you didn't go 10 minutes without a pulse or you'd be Brain dead.
